    Kash was pleasant to work with. He made sure my experience was comfortable and was very respectful and easy to work with. My overall experience was great and would choose Enterprise truck rental over any other truck rental.

    Historically a good experience but not this time. They appentaly know how to take a reservation, just not how to keep a reservation. This is now putting me way behind schedule and costing me Lyft trips to get a less ideal truck from Penske since Enterprise dropped the ball. Got confirmation the truck would be there just 2 days before I needed it. They allegedly called at some point to cancel on me but why not try a little harder to make contact since they just sent the confirmation that things were good to go. Maybe try email since thats how everything was communicated that way thus far.

    I was in Austin for two weeks on a business trip and had already rented an SUV from Alamo at the airport. I only needed a truck for one day to move some items, so I visited this location expecting a simple rental process. I was told they could not rent me a truck because I already had a vehicle rented through Alamo. This made no sense to me. The SUV and the truck serve completely different purposes. The SUV would have remained parked while I used the truck for a one-day job. It was very frustrating to be denied a truck rental simply because I had an existing rental with another company within the same corporate group. The policy seems unreasonable, inflexible, and not customer-friendly. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and poor customer service.
