  The staff was great! The truck was great! **IMPORTANT NOTE** A big downside is that although they do offer trucks capable of towing their trucks DO NOT come with a tow ball, which is frustrating because I had to buy one specific for that truck and it was $150. That made the overall cost of one day over $400. I do not know why they do it this way, it's pretty annoying. Now I have a Tow ball that I have no need for. Other than that, good service.

  Aeriel McBride and all of her co-workers were very helpful and polite with our truck rental! A big thank you for this Enterprise Truck Rental team because we scheduled this rental for an international flight which was planned ahead of time and a truck was definitely necessary for all of our family's luggages we needed for flying abroad out of the country! We were stressed out and this team made sure we were taken care of and acquired the perfect rental needed for our trip to the airport!! This situation worked out spectacular for our family! A big THANK YOU to this Enterprise Truck Rental team for helping us get the correct vehicle type needed for our trip!!

  Ariel, the manager there and team do an amazing job being efficient and on top of customer service. This is a very rare thing this day and age and you are lucky if this is your enterprise. I went in today at 9:15 and I by 9:30 I was fully checked in and physically in a cargo van for the day, I couldn’t be happier my time was spent perfectly and this team is great.
