  The auto shop I worked with called this business to set me up with a rental reservation with a special rate. They told they would get back to me that friday morning to complete the reservation details. They never called me back. It is now midday Monday morning and I have been calling them nonstop since they opened to get a hold of them and confirm everything but they will not pick up the phone. They picked up once around 8am and when I explained the situation they said they would call me back again - which they still haven’t and they won’t pick up my calls. Extremely frustrating.

  Book our reservation on 6/8/26 for 8/13/26 for a trip to up state New York to take our niece for college. When we arrived at 10 am on 8/13/26 we were told by Taylor (manger) that all that was available was a mini van. We reserved a suburban. When we told her that the mini van wasn't an option she told us we could go to lakeway for one of theirs that was owed back to marble falls, or they would bring it to marble falls about noon. We said that we would go pick it up from lakeway. Once we got there we had more delays and a car that was dirty and out of fuel. Tried to call marble falls to see what can be done and never received a call back. They didn't make anything right and we were charged the full rental

  Enterprise Rental location in Nortj Lakeway is excellent. Jacob, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain the charges, insurance, mileage and was so polite and professional! Very clean space- will definitely use that location again.

  I’ve been a very loyal enterprise customer for many many many years, but the last 18 months have been nothing but grief. Very disappointed in enterprise. Trying to rent a car in the Atlanta area & the Austin area at various locations always results in very time-consuming inconveniences. They let you book online but when you get to their locations, they have no cars available. They have plenty of cars in their parking lot at this location today, however, since I’m dropping off in Montgomery, they can’t lose a car. I did drop a car there from Montgomery about 10 days ago. this very same scenario happened last week in Cumming Georgia so I jumped over to budget and they were amazing. And I’m driving right down the street here in Austin to Budget picking up a better car for the same price and dropping it off in Montgomery. Why would the enterprise website allow you to book a car online, you make the effort to get there with your belongings and told sorry.
