- MOMasaleen OhamaApr 25, 20265.0*If you read nothing else, take my advice: PHOTOGRAPH YOUR RENTAL AT PICKUP. It will likely save you huge headaches and stress.* I picked up my rental from this location, then dropped it off at another. The drop off location found a dent, no previous records of the dent, and made it sound like I was responsible. I was an idiot who hadn't taken photos of the rental at pickup to prove I didn't cause the dent. I was extremely stressed. How much would this cost me? I called the manager of this branch, Jacob, and explained the situation. The next day, after he'd reviewed the photos and report, he informed me that it is not the kind of damage they repair, likely not caused by me, and they will not be pursuing me or my insurance to pay to fix it. He was kind, clarifying, wanted to be sure his team had taken good care of me, and even apologized for any stress I might have experienced since he hadn't been able to get back to me until the following day. From my experience, this location has honest, experienced employees, and I'm grateful to Jacob for his caring professionalism.
