  I rented a car through Enterprise on N. Mays. They rented me a Mirage, which was a terrible car to drive and did not have an alarm. When my car was done on 7/20/2026 Marco at Caliber Collision said there is an Enterprise next door on Wells Branch. So I dropped the car that I was renting at the Enterprise on Wells Branch. The kid helping told me he couldn’t give me my deposit back because I didn’t go back to N.Mays location to drop off. I had to do his job and call N. Mays so I can get my deposit back.

  After my car was taken in for repairs due to a collision, the employee Nick helped me get settled with my rental car at Enterprise. Nick provided me with excellent service regarding the rental car process and answered my questions since it was first time using a rental car. He was also available for any follow up questions I had. I’m thankful Enterprise was available when I needed it.

  Booked online, paid online, arrive to pick up car and was told no cars available and the associate on duty could not have been more useless even if he tried!

  The process was quick and easy ! truly in and out. Nick was awesome throughout the entire experience and is a valuable asset to the company. I hope he’s recognized and appreciated for the great work he does. Highly recommend!
