  After my car was taken in for repairs due to a collision, the employee Nick helped me get settled with my rental car at Enterprise. Nick provided me with excellent service regarding the rental car process and answered my questions since it was first time using a rental car. He was also available for any follow up questions I had. I’m thankful Enterprise was available when I needed it.

  Booked online, paid online, arrive to pick up car and was told no cars available and the associate on duty could not have been more useless even if he tried!

  The process was quick and easy ! truly in and out. Nick was awesome throughout the entire experience and is a valuable asset to the company. I hope he’s recognized and appreciated for the great work he does. Highly recommend!

  Booked a rental car. Showed up and they claim they have 0 cars available and none at other locations. So basically waste of my time and money getting here. Horrible customer service also with no willingness to help out the customer. Would highly recommend yall rent elsewhere.
