  I want to clarify this is not a review of the specific branch (y’all are great!!!) Last November I rented a vehicle from enterprise (my family and I have rented from them for YEARS!) and was told by one of the employees that they covered tolls when in reality they do not. Long story short I had to dispute a charge of ~$40 from enterprise with my bank for tolls when I was told by Enterprises 3rd party company that they partner with that they could cover a $30 billion company can’t cover the cost. I decided to book a rental from a different and preferred branch and to my surprise when I went to pick up my rental was told the company BLOCKED me from being able to rent a vehicle. All the years my family and I have rented from Enterprise and instead of sucking up an employee mistake they rather lose a customer. I was told by the branch when I showed up I could call and see if it can be removed but all that over less than $40 is RIDICULOUS, plus no one answered the phone!

  Super easy process getting my rental car while waiting for repairs on my car. Justice was great in helping me swap out cars and also gave me a ride to the auto shop so that I didn’t have to uber!

  I don’t go out of my way to write reviews very often, but Jared and his team have absolutely earned this one. I’ve completed well over 50 rentals in the last 90 days, and I can honestly say that Jared has created the kind of customer experience every business should strive for. Every interaction has been consistent, professional, and genuinely welcoming. When I call or stop by, I already know what to expect top tier service every single time. A huge shoutout to Paul and Sam as well. It’s refreshing to see a manager who has built such a strong team that he can confidently step away knowing his customers are still going to receive the same outstanding level of care. That says a lot about Jared’s leadership. What has always stood out to me is that even when they don’t have exactly what I need, the effort never stops there. Jared has consistently gone the extra mile to find a solution, source a vehicle, or point me in the right direction instead of simply saying, “We don’t have it.” That level of ownership is becoming harder and harder to find. As someone who owns a customer-service business myself, I recognize excellence when I see it. Jared and his team have created what I can only describe as a Chick-fil-A-level customer experience consistent, personable, efficient, and genuinely focused on taking care of people. Jared, this isn’t just a review of your exceptional service; it’s also a sincere thank you. Your professionalism, kindness, and personal approach haven’t gone unnoticed. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and I truly appreciate the standard you’ve set. I wish you, Paul, Sam, and the entire team nothing but continued success. Keep doing what you’re doing you’ve earned a loyal customer.

  I’ve had to use Enterprise several times recently and they’ve been amazing and I have to say I ever thought I would like a mini van but I was wrong … they’ve come a long way since the 80’s😂😂priced reasonably too.
