  Disappointed is an understatement. Last week, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a road trip to Tennessee, which involved over 13 hours on the road. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received was in terrible condition and made an already long drive even more unpleasant. The steering wheel was sticky, the seats were stained and worn out, and the interior smelled absolutely horrible. The vehicle had over 40,000 miles on it, and it clearly showed. This was not the kind of vehicle I expected from a reputable rental company like Enterprise, especially for a long-distance trip. I've driven plenty of long distances before, and I understand that spending 13+ hours behind the wheel isn't always comfortable. However, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a rental vehicle. What makes this even more disappointing is that I remember a time when I couldn't afford to rent from major rental companies. Back then, I would turn to smaller, budget-friendly rental businesses, where vehicles in this kind of condition were sometimes expected. I never imagined I'd receive that same level of quality from a company like Enterprise. When customers choose a well-established rental company, they expect clean, comfortable, and properly maintained vehicles. Unfortunately, Enterprise fell far short of those expectations. Moving forward, Enterprise will no longer be my first choice when renting a vehicle. This experience has seriously changed my opinion of the company, and I hope management takes a closer look at the condition of the vehicles they're providing to customers.

  No one was answering the phone so drove to location 10:30am ,supposed to be open 10:00am -2:00pm but NO ONE WAS THERE! And was not open . If you are not open going to open update your website!

  1 star. Two unsafe cars in one day. My insurer arranged a rental here after an accident. On Oct 1, the Jeep they gave me lost its brakes at a busy intersection. It slid across the road, wouldn't go into any gear, and had to be towed by police. Its registration had been expired since January. They swapped me into a luxury car with an "oil change due now" warning. That afternoon, its wipers died in heavy rain on a highway, and I was quoted an hour's wait for roadside help while cars slid past me. Phone support was an automated system and overseas reps who couldn't help. I also never received any rental paperwork. I'm lucky to be okay. This location needs real accountability for its vehicle inspections. Do not recommend.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience with Enterprise. We had a minivan reserved for a family trip to the beach and specifically drove 40 minutes to this location because we were told they had the minivan available. When we arrived, we were told they did not have one for us. What made the situation even more frustrating was that while we were there, another customer was also understandably upset, and staff were discussing/offering a minivan to that customer. It was incredibly frustrating to hear that after we had driven 40 minutes specifically because we were told our reserved vehicle would be there. They did offer us a 10-passenger vehicle as an alternative, but then told us we could not rent it because we did not have a credit card. We were left with no usable replacement and no real solution. This reservation was for a family beach trip with our children. We planned ahead, made the reservation, and drove out of our way to this particular location based on Enterprise telling us the vehicle was available. Instead, we were lwithout the vehicle we reserved and will have to completely change our plans and take two separate cars to the beach. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but confirming a vehicle, having a family drive 40 minutes to get it, and then leaving them without a comparable option is unacceptable. This put a terrible start on a trip we had planned for our family and essentially ruined the plans we had made for traveling together. A reservation should mean more than this.
