  Impeccable customer service. I was late to pickup my rental but Richard stayed an extra 30 mins past close to wait for me. I told him why I was renting and he found me an even better option than I had anticipated. I needed to keep the rental longer than the booking period and there were no additional fees or markups to my agreed upon rate (which is something that has happened with other rental agencies). I had to return my rental after hours which I was stressed about because I had to park in the back but Sam called the next day to let me know everything looked great and to also confirm with me the amount due for the extra days. When I didn’t respond he called 2 days later to close out the account and let me know I could call if I had any questions or needed any support. Honestly hands down the best, and most supportive experience I’ve ever had during a very stressful time. I’ll be renting through this location from here on out. Thanks again!

  Not the closest location to my home, but definitely the better choice! Customer service is best, Jared and Jason go above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. The whole team actually, and that matters most! Especially toting two little ones plus two car seats. Life can be challenging at times, but if you manage to make a difference even the smallest thing can help move mountains. Thank youuuuu

  I had a really good experience, and I just want to mention Richard for his help. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process simple and smooth. What stood out the most was his thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience. I’ve rented from different dealers before, but the experience here was truly excellent.

  I had the most weird and uncomfortable situation ever. I made an online reservation, showed for pick up, and I got asked for Id’s and…. my US visa (1st time ever). After a long wait, the front desk guy comes back, and says they can’t move forward with the rental, no explanation, no options, no room to understand what had just happened. Escalation was not an option, made me feel like if a was doing something wrong, even discriminated. I have been renting cars for 15 years in different countries, besides different customer service experiences, never had an issue, and this just was truly unbelievable. I had just rented a car 3 weeks ago in California, no problems… went to another rental after this awful experience, and no problems. Never again Enterprise.

  Not only did I have to help them locate their missing car, they didn’t even have the decency to give me a heads up that one of the many unjustified charges for said missing car was automatically being sent to collections after I thought we have resolved the matter. 10/10 would not recommend
