- EHEva HuntAug 7, 20261.0If I could give them no stars I would. I tried to extend my contract by one day and they said the deposit would be 331. It has been 3 days since I returned the the car and still haven't received my deposit back on the first contract and no closing receipt.

Went to the north Lamar enterprise around the corner who was able to help and had no issue. They have great customer service- go there instead of here.

There was a young African American woman who was very unhelpful, communication was poor, and it felt like my concerns were ignored instead of being addressed. When I asked for clarification on my deposit return, she seemed to be irritated, not making eye contact, and giving the vibe that she was annoyed ever since the first question I asked. I eventually had to go to a young gentleman named Chris who was working with her to get the help I needed. He was much more pleasant and patient with me than she was. This is my first time having bad customer service at this location, but I felt it would only be fair to report such nasty attitudes. Customer service should make problems easier to solve, not more frustrating. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to use Enterprise again or recommend them to others.
