  Had a wonderful experience renting the car from this location. I had a last minute change in my schedule and had to drop the car off in Houston. The manager and team were extremely helpful and understanding! Will definitely visit this branch for any car rentals in Austin for sure🙌

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise location on 8310 Research Blvd, thanks to Collin. From the moment I walked in, he demonstrated the kind of customer service that truly reflects Enterprise’s core values of genuine care, integrity, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Collin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was patient, attentive, and proactive in helping me navigate my rental situation. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in representing the Enterprise brand the right way. As an enterprise plus rewards member, he truly made me feel valued and ensured i was given the highest quality of service. His professionalism, honesty, and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to encounter someone who so naturally embodies hard work, teamwork, and true customer‑first service. Rare enough that I was compelled to write a review. Enterprise is fortunate to have him, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support he provided. I can only hope that every rental experience I have in the future reflects the same level of care and integrity that Collin showed. Dont bother co sidering to rent anywhere else in Austin. I highly recommend this location and especially Collin for anyone looking for exceptional service.

  abolute worst. I work in the film industry and we rely on our trucks. We even use an "elite" division to book our reservations. At the last minute our reservations are cancelled. It is very disruptive to our business and costs us tons of money to resolve

  Do not trust verbal commitments from this location. After being made to wait over 30 minutes for my car, a staff member told me I would not need to refill the gas tank as compensation for the delay. I took them at their word and returned the car without refilling. The next day, they called to inform me they would be charging me for the gas. I explained the offer that was made to me, and they confirmed they would not charge me. Days later, I checked my bank statement and found an extra $27 charge. I called again to dispute it. They apologized and promised a refund by end of day. That was nearly a week ago. The charge is still on my account. In total, I have communicated with them four times about this issue. Each time, I received a promise that was not kept. This is not a billing error, but a pattern of dishonesty. They made a commitment, broke it, made another commitment, and broke that too. If you rent here, get everything in writing. A verbal agreement means nothing to this location.
