  Charly is the MAN! We had some issues leading up to the reservation, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is Charly stepped up big time for me and my wife’s 1st anniversary trip. Cool, calm, and collected.

  Corporate Failure Saved Solely by Exceptional Staff. Zero stars for Corporate, 5 stars for Nick and Charlie. Enterprise corporate management completely failed its customers on September 24. An hour before my downtown Austin pick-up, I was texted that no cars were available and I was on a waitlist. An hour after my scheduled rental pick-up time, the lot was still empty, and the front desk was left completely in the dark with zero ETAs. This logistical nightmare caused massive anxiety for many stranded customers, including myself, facing potential canceled road trips and lost lodging. What makes this corporate negligence unacceptable is that vehicles were readily available at the Austin airport just 20 minutes away. Management was completely reactive instead of proactively transferring cars to meet guaranteed reservations. The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is because of Nick and Charlie. They took intense heat from furious customers due to upper management’s total lack of workflow support. Despite the chaos, Nick and Charlie were professional, empathetic, rushed our paperwork the second a car arrived, and Charlie even set up our CarPlay to get us on the road quickly. Nick and Charlie saved our trip! Enterprise corporate needs to fix its broken logistics and stop forcing their front-line staff and customers to suffer for executive incompetence.

  I’ve now made three separate reservations with Enterprise that were confirmed, only to find out they didn’t actually have the vehicle available. Twice, I physically showed up at the location before learning this. Zero communication beforehand. The bigger issue appears to be Enterprise’s reservation system itself. They’ll happily send you a confirmation without seemingly verifying that the location actually has the inventory to fulfill it. At that point, what exactly is being “confirmed”? A reservation confirmation is completely worthless if it doesn’t mean there will actually be a car waiting for you. I’ve also called customer service trying to get this resolved, and the response has essentially been to put their head in the sand. No meaningful solution, no accountability, and no explanation for why this has now happened three separate times. One occurrence is a mistake. Three confirmed reservations with the same problem is a broken system. Absolute dog shit experience

  I had a great experience with Anderson at Enterprise. He was there by himself, helping everyone and doing his best to make sure each customer was taken care of and doing well. Even though he was managing everything on his own, Anderson stayed helpful, patient, and professional while trying to coordinate everything and keep things moving. His effort and dedication really stood out. Thank you, Anderson, for going above and beyond and making the experience a positive one. Enterprise is lucky to have someone like you on their team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
