- LLLillyAug 11, 20265.0Ellie is amazing! I dropped my rental car off at this location and I didn't know how to get to the car rental because it is a bunch of one ways. So I accidentally went up the parking garage next to it and went up several floors until I finally called and Ellie provided the correct instructions for me. It is a bit tricky, but you have to go down on 9th street (a one way) to access the return lot which is on the right, NOT the parking garage off Colorado. She was lovely and made the drop off so quick and easy. I will definitely be using this location more, now that I know how to access it.

I’m referring to Anderson, Ricky, Alex and Randall who synched in their roles to make great things happen. I enjoyed two separate rentals during a two week stay in Austin and had the absolute best rental car experience in over 30 yrs of international travel. On one rental I ended up having to cut my week long rental short in order to rent an Enterprise truck at a different location. In the chaos, I left behind a my daughter’s small wallet. The team successfully retrieved the wallet, treating the situation as if it was their own personal loss. My daughter and I are amazed at their effort!. The rentals themselves were so hassle free and I enjoyed giving them my business. Even though Enterprise often rotates their management staff to other locations for their continuous development and I will likely not see these guys again, I will nevertheless be sure to always rent from this location in the future. Bravo, Enterprise!
