Have rented here for several years through work with just the usual rental agency issues, but today was refused a car today because my valid driver's license had a chip in it. I provided my valid temporary license as well as another government issue ID as the website stated I could but the brand manager refused these as well, citing local branch policy that he could not provide me in writing and contradicted what was available on the website. He and the other agent only gave me corporate speak when I pressed further for an explanation.
Local staff were incredibly unhelpful. Calling the corporate number, they said I should be good to rent but did not call back the branch back in time before they closed.
They were also out of cars and other customers who had reservations did not have cars at the time I was there.
Will be missing part of a wedding I was supposed to be in because of this. I would understand if this policy was available to the customer but there was no way of knowing that beforehand and the manager refused to provide proof. I do not understand why a valid government issued license, temporary license, and additional alternate form of ID are not acceptable by them, especially when their online policy states that they are valid.
I will no longer be using this branch for personal or business use, and will be recommending to my firm that we stop using them as well.

Alex and his team truly went above and beyond. They called me to update that the car wasn't ready, and when I arrived, they had a vehicle, but it wasn't the right size. Alex stayed in touch to inform me when a car arrived and even extended their hours past closing to ensure I was cared for. He waited late to accommodate traffic. Despite the location being very busy with what appeared to be only two staff members, it was evident they were making a strong effort to serve their customers well. This was especially appreciated after a long travel day, and when treated with professionalism despite feeling a bit cranky, it truly means a lot!

Javier was professional, and I also appreciate Ricky for following up with me through calls regarding my rental. I wasn’t able to respond right away because the place I traveled to had very little to no signal, but I appreciated them checking in and making the effort to stay in contact.
I actually had another rental with Enterprise about two weeks before this one, which is why I chose to rent with them again. That says a lot because I do trust their service and usually have a smooth experience.
Although we were unable to swap the truck before I left town, they still made the effort to help. The Nissan Frontier I was given was nice, but it wasn’t the vehicle I originally reserved, so it took some adjusting and I just wasn’t very comfortable driving it.
I also want to thank Alex and the team for offering a complimentary upgrade with a larger truck for my next rental in June to make up for the inconvenience. That gesture was truly appreciated and shows they value their customers and try to make things right.
Just one small constructive criticism—when discussing rental protection or insurance, I think wording matters a lot. If a customer chooses not to use their personal insurance, that is their decision. Asking something like, “How are you going to pay if something happens?” can come across a little harsh or uncomfortable. At the end of the day, if anything happens, the renter understands their responsibility. It may feel better for customers if that conversation is approached a little differently and with softer wording.
Overall, I still appreciate the customer service, the follow-up, and their willingness to communicate and help resolve concerns. That level of service is the reason I continue renting with Enterprise.

I had a really great experience with Enterprise, especially with Alex who took care of me. From the start, the process was smooth and easy, and the car I received was clean, well-maintained, and felt practically brand new.
During my trip, I unfortunately had a busted tire, which was stressful but when I returned the vehicle, Alex handled everything quickly and professionally. They made the whole situation so much easier and took great care of me without any hassle.
Customer service like this really stands out. I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Alex!

Terrible experience with this Enterprise branch.
I made a reservation early and completed check-in with all required information. My first reservation was canceled the morning of pickup. I then called this location, and they confirmed they had a car and told me to transfer my reservation to them. I followed their instructions and transferred it successfully. I even checked in successfully.
When I arrived, they simply told me they could not give me a car. No explanation. No solution.
I wasted my time and money traveling there after doing everything they asked. Extremely poor service and very unprofessional. Do not rely on reservations at this location.
