  Fantastic staff at the N HWY 183 branch in Austin, TX. Always helpful and understanding during my nearly six weeks in a rental after a car accident. Returned vehicle at the Enterpise location Bentonville, Ar with zero issue…staff was equally as helpful and efficient. I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise during a rather stressful time dealing with insurance and other parties concerning my auto accident. Thank you, Enterprise!

  Went over the Google Count Limit so attached pics below! Forgot to add in my documentation that both rental vehicles I had cost $60 to fill up the tank. Even with gas prices sky high, it only cost me $40 to fill my RAV4. There's no way I was trying to keep your vehicle!!!!

  Enterprise really needs to address how its reservation system works. Getting a confirmation apparently does not mean a vehicle has actually been reserved for you. I’ve received confirmed reservations along with messages telling me to check in, only to call the location myself and learn that the vehicle isn’t available. At that point, the customer is doing the inventory check that Enterprise should have done before confirming the reservation. This also puts the employees at individual locations in a terrible position. They’re left explaining why a car isn’t available after corporate already told the customer everything was confirmed. Enterprise needs better communication between its reservation system and its locations. Otherwise, calling these reservations “confirmed” is incredibly misleading.

  This was our first time using this service, and we had a great experience! We really liked the selection of vehicles available. We were looking for a minivan for a family trip, and the car we rented was in perfect condition. It made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable! The service was excellent as well. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we received clear instructions about everything we needed to know. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again in the future!

  This is unfortunately one of the slowest enterprises I’ve ever been to. We rent pretty often, sometimes several times in the same month. I will now be driving further to avoid this place. It ALWAYS takes forever. The check in is slow, getting to you car is slow. God forbid they have a “full lobby” and you have to wait for them to “clear the lobby” to get you to your car. Like we already reserved online, we already paid, everything is on file, why cant you just smooth the process and just prioritize check ins to move people out? More staff is needed in this location Avoid this location if your ever in a hurry
