    They say they have vehicles ready, when you arrived they’ll tell you that it needs maintenance. Spent an hour to arrive.

    scam i reserved a volkswagen jetta for 65 and they have a corolla for 54 so i could grab a corolla but i preferred a jetta but guess what they give me a corolla instead of jetta with the 65 jetta price they tell you jetta or similar this is a trick for stealing your money and i guess they don't even have a jetta but they will tell you ah sorry corolla is the only car available

    Each time I reserve a specific class of car, it isn't available. I reserved a mid-sized SUV. I was offered either a compact SUV or a minivan. It would be nice to have what I reserved available especially since I reserved in over 72 hours in advance. I also don't like being penalized for using my debit card by charging the $300 deposit when I pay for the insurance that covers the entire car. My extra three hours having the car cost as much as one full day. That is extremely disappointing. I couldn't keep the car longer due to the short open hours on Sunday. You need to do better. The staff was very pleasant and offered me a 5% discount, but only because I was displeased with them not having what I reserved. With three hours being a much as a second day, a 5% discount isn't really enough. It was about eight dollars 💸
