  I have used this location for a year for frequent work related travel rentals. The staff here have always been kind and super courteous, and I have never had an issue with any of my vehicles. It's hit or miss in terms of how busy they are, and some days I did have a wait due to the amount of customers, but there was never a lack of efficiency. Sad to have to use a different location now due to my move, but will continue to recommend this location for anyone in the area!

  This was a horrible experience. I booked a reservation over the phone today with an agent. An hour later, at my reservation time, I showed up at the location only to be told that they have no inventory and there was nothing they could do for me. They said the best they could do was I should try a location 40 minutes away. I asked how they could have made my reservation and confirmed it an hour before and not have had inventory on hand. The guy behind the counter said the reservation people don’t have access to what cars are available…how is that possible? I will never rent from Enterprise again based on this experience.

  VERY FRUSTRATED!!! State Farm helped a quick booking a day before. Got a reservation without a car available on site. The staff did not care to tell the truth. This was such an unpleasant, disappointed experience, which I have never had with Enterprise before. I waited for over 90 minutes without any update and the staff had no idea when the car will come. This office also has an understaffed issue. I picked this location based on good reviews but it was totally opposite. Don't waste your time waiting for a "ghost" rental car here.
