  I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. My reservation pickup time was 7:30 AM, and by 7:53 AM I was still waiting to receive my vehicle so I could start my drive to Houston. The employee who was supposed to assist customers and handle vehicle pickups decided to wash a car instead of being available at the counter to help waiting customers. This caused an unnecessary delay and showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. Customer service was extremely poor, and the whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who values their time. If you have other rental options available, I suggest considering them before choosing this location.

  Corporate is cost cutting on the customer service here big time. You would think a multi billion dollar company woudl have up to date technology in inventory check at each location or at their call center by all means. So they instead inconvenience not only the customers but their employees or employee, since their was only one here today when customers have to do a walk in just to get accurate information. Ai does exist just for your information ENTERPRISE. I came to this location today, (Saturday) and he was swamped, i had to wait 45 minutes just get information. Something the call center should have given upon request. Wasted time calling in and at he location itself. Not a happy customer! Get it together please and GET WITH THE PROGRAM cause you are falling behind.

  I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise location on Wells Branch in Pflugerville, Texas. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The rental process was quick and easy, and they took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. What I appreciated most was the outstanding customer service. The team treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. Returning the vehicle was just as simple and efficient. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at this location. I highly recommend Enterprise on Wells Branch to anyone looking for a reliable rental car company with exceptional service. Thank you for making my rental experience such a positive one!

  Enterprise car rental gives out dirty, smelly, ragely cars in Round Rock Texas, bang up cars in Round Lake, Illinois. The money you spend for rental should be clean and fresh cars
