  This Enterprise staff is great. They're always ready with a vehicle when I need it and if it's not the right size they'll work hard to provide a comfortable vehicle selection. Thank y'all.

  I had a terrible experience with this company. My car reservation was cancelled just 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, which is completely unacceptable. The whole point of making a reservation is to have the vehicle ready when you arrive. Horrible customer service. What made it even worse was that there was no effort to offer an alternative—no replacement car, no upgrade, no options at all. I was simply left without a solution. This situation caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my plans. It honestly feels like they don’t understand what a reservation means or how important it is for customers to rely on it. I would not recommend this place if you need something dependable. Think twice before booking here.

  I gave this Enterprise location in Texas 3 stars because they basically tried to force me into taking a car that I had not requested. I wanted a car with built in GPS, as I was going to be driving in bad weather, through Dallas and into Fortworth, and I didn'twant to have keep taking my eyes off the roads, to look at my phone's tiny screen. . They tried to force me into a car that didn't have that feature. Only after I dug my heels in, and them treating me like I was a crazy person, did they get me another car. However, it took a special cord connection for my phone that I didn't have and I had to go to several stores, using GPS on my phone to find one. Frankly, I think they should have provided it. Bottom line, I liked the car, and it served me well, I just didn't like the way they were trying to force me into taking a car I didn't ask for!

  I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise. They advertise pickup service, but no one ever came to pick me up as promised. On top of that, it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone at the location directly. Calling the branch didn’t get me anywhere. The only way I was able to get any response was by going through my repair shop, and even then I had to wait for the shop to communicate back and forth with Enterprise. This caused unnecessary delays and made the whole process much more stressful than it needed to be. If you’re relying on their pickup service or expect timely communication, I would strongly suggest having a backup plan.
