  Had a great rental experience here. Honest and quick pick-up & drop off. I got lucky and received an upgraded vehicle class at no additional charge and also got a complimentary ride home after drop-off.

  One of the worst experiences of my life. I had to wait over an hour for a vehicle and then one of the employees got upset because he said that I messed with the energy of the room, and they canceled my reservation. Mind you I was talking to another customer and the employee yelled across the room to tell me to that I was being rude. Other customers were surprised that I was being treated that way. A horrible experience. 0 rating. Thank goodness I was able to go to my regular location where I was treated so much better.

  My experience with this location was deeply frustrating. At pickup, the employee went over the policies and insurance options, all of which I clearly and politely declined. ​Upon returning the vehicle, I noticed an unauthorized charge for liability insurance on my invoice. When I explained that I never agreed to this coverage, the agent completely dismissed my concerns, argued with me, and refused to acknowledge the error. Adding services without consent and then arguing with the customer when caught is unacceptable.
