  The Austin airport Enterprise location knowingly overcharged me. Although I reserved a Premium Full--size SUV, they gave me a regular Full-size, and didn't reduce the daily rate. When I asked for $150 reimbursement, which equaled $15/day (the difference in the daily rate) plus the taxes, they approved only $109. DOUBLE-CHECK THE RENTAL AGREEMENT BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE LOT!

  Called Enterprise three times to ensure that we would receive our car due to our flight being delayed. Was told every time that they would inform the front desk on our late arrival. Once we arrived there was no one there and we had to take an Uber to the hotel and back to the airport to pick up the car. Once we arrived the worker there told us to wait three minutes so he could drink his coffee and then would help us. This was totally unexpected and unacceptable.

  Pick up and drop off we're quick and easy. The car was clean and just what I set in my reservation.

  Rental Experience was fine as was the return. My issue is I left keys in the car and have been trying to get someone to respond to me but i fear the car will be sent our again without finding my keys. I know the keys are there as I have an airtag on them. Please someone respond to the message sent from your customer service line.

  Disappointing experience – double charged and impossible customer service I would strongly advise avoiding this Enterprise location at Austin Airport. We booked our rental in advance through Stressfreecarrental.com, which included prepaid coverage for an additional driver. When we arrived after a exhausting 20-hour flight, the representative asked if we still needed the second driver. We said yes, and she charged us an extra, excessively high fee for it. Exhausted from the flight, we didn’t realize at the counter that we were paying twice for the exact same thing. The representative should have seen in the system that the second driver was already paid for, but instead, she pushed an unnecessary extra charge on us. To make matters worse, we have been trying to reach their customer service ever since, but it’s practically impossible. There is no direct way to contact the local branch, and the general customer service provides zero help. Very dishonest practice and extremely poor service. Unreliable company—stay away!
