  Always a cinch. Dude tried to stick me with a mini van, l held out for the Altima. Guy had to do some extra walking, but didn't seem too bugged.

  Staff member Aymane was great! He made my renting experience wonderful. Great communication and professionalism! He was very polite and welcoming. Definitely will continue my services with Enterprise because of his service. Thank you Enterprise and Aymane.

  Rented 7 vehicles for 5 weeks with a group of 25. Paulo came out clutch late at night to receive our vehicles right before our flight. Took no time at all for the inspection and everything went smooth. 10/10. Would recommend

  Customer service does not exist here. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get a refund on a vehicle that I did not rent. You CANNOT reach a human and if you do, they are too low on the totem pole to remedy the problem. I have also been charged tolls on the rental. I finally submitted a BBB complaint today. I highly recommend choose another rental car agency in Austin.
