  Excellent experience at the Enterprise on Stassney and Menchaca! The entire team was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The rental process was completely hassle-free, and everyone I interacted with was polite, welcoming, and eager to help. They made everything quick and easy, and the customer service was outstanding. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. I'll definitely be renting from this location again. Highly recommend!

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a long-distance move, and my experience raised serious concerns about vehicle safety and customer service. The vehicle I was provided had severely worn tires, including what appeared to be multiple bald tires. While traveling through a rural area, one of the tires failed, leaving my family stranded on the side of the road. I was traveling with my brother and sister, and my brother was forced to wait approximately two and a half hours in an isolated area while we waited for Enterprise to arrange a replacement vehicle. The situation was frightening and could have been much worse. The condition of the tires should have been identified before the vehicle was rented out. Customers should be able to trust that rental vehicles have been properly inspected and are safe to drive. Since the incident, I have submitted photos, invoices, and all requested documentation. It has now been approximately two weeks, and I still have not received any meaningful resolution. The only communication I have received recently was an email offering reimbursement for about $30 in gas. This incident disrupted my move, caused unexpected expenses, resulted in missed work, and created significant stress for my family. While I understand that mechanical issues can happen, what has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and follow-up afterward. I expected Enterprise to take a safety-related complaint seriously, especially when it involved a tire failure that left customers stranded. Instead, I have spent weeks trying to get answers while receiving little communication and no meaningful resolution. I hope Enterprise will review this situation thoroughly and take appropriate action, both to resolve my claim and to ensure other customers are not placed in a similar situation.

  I have had excellent service and professionalism since my car was totalled. The gentlemen who picked me up, (3 different ones) were polite, fun and put me at ease. I dealt with the acting GM last rental and he was informative, helpful and reassuring. I tried to go cheap thru priceline over a holiday weekend and it was a complete disaster! A complete waste of 3 days of time and money. Thank you Stassney Enterprise team!
