- GHGrant HJun 29, 20261.0The manager Kathy was absolutely awful to me. After she made a mistake by telling me that someone was going to pick me up she sent them to the wrong location. When I called her back she and explained that I had been waiting for 30 minutes she raised her voice at me and hung up the phone. I guess she was having a bad day but that is no way to treat a customer. I called back and she was again very rude to me, I informed her that she was the one who had made a mistake by sending a driver out to the wrong location after I had given her the address of the shop I was at and she hung up the phone again, unable to acknowledge her mistake and that she had raised her voice and taken a disrespectful tone with me. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

We show up and they tell us to find another enterprise location… on a Sunday at 1:30pm, the night before my move. Don’t rent out cars if you can’t honor the rental.

They were also able to get me in a rental the same day when the reservation was sent to the wrong location. Huge shout out to Andrew for taking my call and answering all of my questions and continuing his excellent customer service in person upon returning the vehicle. Everything was smooth and seamless.
