  I drive Mercedes Benz, but Enterprise no longer supplies Mercedes Benz to their clients. However, Dylan and his team bent over backwards to help me get into a comparable vehicle. We tried a few Audi's but those were incredibly high-strung and made driving feel like a racing competition rather than a comfortable calming experience (if you drive Benz and then get into an Audi, you know what I mean). The team here found me a new BMW 2-series which, though also high-strung, felt much more composed than the Audi's. Cheers to Dylan and his crew for their patience and outstanding customer service.

  On our pickup day, May 1, 20026, the store was very crowded with car pickups and drop-offs. The staff was very friendly and competent, and we were on our way quickly!

  Very very poor experience with this Enterprise location - terrible customer service and rude staff who straight up LIE to you about your pick up reservation time and act like they didn't and proceed to give you crazy attitude. Would heavily advise individuals to seek rental car services literally anywhere else.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. Just showed up at your location for my 10am reservation to pick up my car for a week of travel and I was told there were zero cars available. I made this reservation on 3/26 and today is 4/15. How is that possible for a car rental company of this size? In case they say I didn't make a reservation, or they couldn't find me in the system, my reservation number was 2101302238 and I was picking up from the 6817 N Lamar location in Austin, TX. I'm even a loyalty club member but I guess that doesn't matter nor does having a reservation. I suggest renting a car from another company that actually honors their reservations and the car that is supposed to be available for you actually is. After leaving, I called back and told them I didn't want to wait all day for the possibility of having a car and just went with Hertz, which had a car, even last minute. Watch them try to fine me or charge me the full amount for canceling after the pickup time.
