  Love this Enterprise location! Malik and his team provide really great, friendly service. I rent cars frequently for business and am grateful they always help me get me on my way with well equipped vehicles.

  A few weeks ago, I was in a wreck and Enterprise was the rental company my insurance set me up with. All corporate perks and hullabaloo aside, this location of enterprise on S Lamar has an amazing crew. On the Monday morning I arrived, the AC in the store had broken and a young man named Max was the only front desk staff member present at the time. His friendliness and knowledge were unmatched. He had 2 other customers in line when I arrived while he was already helping a young woman. There was a phone call on hold as well. Tensions were rising from the other folks in line but Max handled all of us with care and intention. His grace with the situation smoothed everything over for every person he dealt with. He made sure that every customer was listened to from top to bottom, even the woman he was on the phone with who was obviously frustrated at the beginning of the call. We could all hear her singing well deserved praises for him through the phone! When it came time for him to help me, he explained everything to me thoroughly since it was my first time renting a car through insurance. Not once did I feel judged or overlooked in this process. Max truly made this unfortunate situation much much brighter for me and Enterprise is lucky to have him!!!

  I had an excellent experience! Location was easy to get to, I received a free upgrade, and the employees were friendly and not pushy about the available additional protections. Return was simple, and I received a call the next day to check in. I would rent a vehicle here again!

  I have spent thousands on rentals over the years and carry platinum status through Enterprise + just about every major rental car carrier. There has to be something going on at this location. I have been fraudulently accused of damages to cars at this location TWICE in a row. On their latest scam attempt, they tried to tell me I was responsible for a windshield crack, and they sent letters/emails asking for my insurance information to open a claim. Only problem? I have a video of an Enterprise employee pointing out the crack at the start of the rental. Embarrassing. Previous scam attempt was them telling me I was responsible for a giant dent, that again, was disproven with a video I took at the start of the rental. My advice? TAKE DETAILED WALKAROUND VIDEOS. Get the rep to confirm every single dent, scratch, and chip IN THE VIDEO. Do not trust them to document anything or have their records straight. This is clearly some sort of scam/kick-back going on at this location or it's run by people who are completely and utterly incompetent. Had I not taken a video I would have been stuck with a $500+ windshield replacement that the rep assured me was already noted and taken care of. Infuriating to think of the others who have been fraudulently charged with damage they were not responsible for. Do NOT leave this lot without taking detailed videos, photos, and admission from an employee of every. single. scratch on the vehicle.
