  Had a very nice experience with a rental car this week. Polite and courteous staff at all points, good price, and most importantly the car ran well and got me to my destination and back safely. The car was clean. What appears as a scratch is the pavement crack reflection on the car side.

  Excellent, timely and pleasant customer service at check-in and check-out. The Wagoneer was clean, luxurious and enjoyable to drive.

  So glad I chose Enterprise at 319 S Lamar Blvd in iconic Austin. Branch manager Malik is a gem. A credit to Enterprise and best in Austin. Enterprise clearly has an excellent corporate structure and gives employees the tools to be their own boss. Nowhere is this more evident than at Enterprise Rent-a-Car at Downtown Austin South.

  My niece reserved a car online, with this particular enterprise on Lamar, after our church’s “women’s retreat”! When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the young man was sitting at his desk (who lacked customer service)! I had to ask him, “are you having a good day”… While confirming the reservations, he was not lenient at all when I wanted to use my credit card (with ApplePay)…. I continued telling him, I was from out of town and didn’t have my card! After all the rigorous back and forth, we ended up using Hertz rental cars instead! They were wonderful and made the process soooo, easy!!!
