I’m actually surprised this location has such low reviews. It’s a very large location I had to rent a car for a car repair. I have a large electric SUV, and was mentally preparing myself to take a lesser rental car. When I arrived, the staff were so kind and helped pick out a vehicle that was as close as possible to mine. Vehicle was clean, didn’t smell like smoke (I almost always smell traces of it), and drive very well. There was one spot of damage when I picked it up. At return time 22 days later, it was seamless - no trouble and the staff even remembered me. They also drive me back to the auto repair shop. I will absolutely use this location again. As someone who has travelled extensively and rented probably hundreds of cars (though mostly at airport locations ), I will absolutely come back here.
This is a terrible business. I returned a car today, at the point of returning, everything is fine, they even used the same car dropping me off to the body shop. Two hours later, they start to call me about a damage they claimed with the car. What the hell? The car already returned, IT's NOT my business anymore. I returned the call, then they said they will call me back in 5 minutes. They didn't. Then I have to go on with my life. Then they keep calling and calling and saying about can't get hold with me crap. I returned the call one more time, they put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then I hung up. 10 minutes later, they called me, I stated my point: It was no problem at the point of returning, damage is not my business, and stop harassing me by keeping calling me. The person hung up without one single word, I assume is out of anger. Besides, the car I returned is not even the original car they rented to me, the first car was leaking air, I have to add air to it twice in 5 days, and start realize the tire is leaking. I asked for exchange, they agreed with no problem. At that point it's not a big deal, but now looking back, they just extremely be careless so they could actually rent out a car already leaking air.

There is a black guy working here, the customer service is terrible. I called to rent a car. They confirmed that we have. Then I took an uber and come to the location. He said we do not have it and yell on me.
Tried to call to book a car…message says to book online!!!!
I reserved a car online. Upon arrival to pickup rental, I was told that they do not have any cars available. They suggested I drive to the airport. Asked for the corporate number and was told in so many words that there is nothing they will do about it. I find it unacceptable that I was allowed to reserve a car that was unavailable, and to top it all off they made the most feeble effort to correct the issue by trying to send me 1 hour across town. Terrible people and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go to Avis/Budget instead. IT is located inside of WalMart. They are friendly and efficient, unlike Enterprise. Your customer service needs work. Hold for generic Enterprise response.....
