    If I could I would rate this no stars. This is the worst store/ costumer service I have ever received. The two associate I spoke to both names Issac and Darrel or don’t fully remeber the second persons name both super angry and argumentative with me on the phone when trying to ask questions and kept deflecting my questions and cutting me off ended up hanging up both time and second person I spoke to supposedly Darrel had said he heard the conversation before and just went straight to negative, also when I asked him do you think it’s right to just hang up on a customer and he stated back do you think it’s right to call back and ask the same question again on the policy we have. Store needs to be fixed by cooperate and management and both employees need to be trained or fired because I am guessing I am not he the first person this has happen too and also if you look at review other people have had bad experiences. I have contacted cooperate and there is a case and report in them because a hostile and bad costumer service like that. If you want to argue and be like that you should not be in that type of job environment

    I’d like to leave a 1/2 star!!! Recently in a wreck at 0512 in morning my insurance company stated at 0841 the rental car was set up and confirmation code was given to us and we were TOLD since they close early on Saturday that to proceed to Enterprise on FM 620 Austin and they would have the paperwork. Bummed a ride with neighbors for 8 month old granddaughter, daughter and myself to said location. Obviously 4-5 employees there one individual at counter and 5 people waiting to be served. Joined the line more than 90 minutes later finally get to front where desk person states “ I haven’t seen or processed your insurance company request- you’ll have to wait “. This was ridiculous and the second person we saw stated I only deal with Trucks!!!! The other people were cleaning or something- but REALLY no one can answer phones or check for this paperwork sitting there for nearly 2 hours!!!! Now screaming baby , sore and upset adults and he has the nerve to push us aside!!! I will never use an enterprise and inform insurance company to stop all contracts with them- IF we had had to wait for them to check phones and paperwork we ALL would have been stranded until Monday!!!! And HE had the NERVE to say well if your car is drivable to get here they aren’t going to pay for today— I’m sure the police would have something to say about a car with bits dragging the ground and falling off but YES TECHNICALLY the car could have been moved. Worst experience ever after a wreck or any reason for attempting to pick up a rental car - AND according to insurance company we had a choice of vehicle or pickup truck that could seat 5 and had room for infant car seat and luggage for 4!!! We had NO choice and was given a small SUV about size of a Jetta.

    Ivan is outstanding. I enjoyed my rental for a small vacation with my family. Ivan provided clear communication, diligence, and adhered to our sense of selfish urgency. It was busy in the store but he acknowledged everyone and tended to us in a timely manner. Keep up the great work, we will be renting from this location again!

    I’m actually surprised this location has such low reviews. It’s a very large location I had to rent a car for a car repair. I have a large electric SUV, and was mentally preparing myself to take a lesser rental car. When I arrived, the staff were so kind and helped pick out a vehicle that was as close as possible to mine. Vehicle was clean, didn’t smell like smoke (I almost always smell traces of it), and drive very well. There was one spot of damage when I picked it up. At return time 22 days later, it was seamless - no trouble and the staff even remembered me. They also drive me back to the auto repair shop. I will absolutely use this location again. As someone who has travelled extensively and rented probably hundreds of cars (though mostly at airport locations ), I will absolutely come back here.

    This is a terrible business. I returned a car today, at the point of returning, everything is fine, they even used the same car dropping me off to the body shop. Two hours later, they start to call me about a damage they claimed with the car. What the hell? The car already returned, IT's NOT my business anymore. I returned the call, then they said they will call me back in 5 minutes. They didn't. Then I have to go on with my life. Then they keep calling and calling and saying about can't get hold with me crap. I returned the call one more time, they put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then I hung up. 10 minutes later, they called me, I stated my point: It was no problem at the point of returning, damage is not my business, and stop harassing me by keeping calling me. The person hung up without one single word, I assume is out of anger. Besides, the car I returned is not even the original car they rented to me, the first car was leaking air, I have to add air to it twice in 5 days, and start realize the tire is leaking. I asked for exchange, they agreed with no problem. At that point it's not a big deal, but now looking back, they just extremely be careless so they could actually rent out a car already leaking air.
