  Jordan was SO helpful! After fighting with an insurance company for over a week to get a rental reservation, they finally sent it in the middle of the week after a holiday so there was nothing available in the area for the reservation type. I was basically stuck in the Austin area until I could either get a vehicle or find a ride back to Houston. I called several stores but Jordan was the only one to offer a solution to my situation. Very pleased with their level of professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help me.

  I've rented from this enterprise location probably 20 times in the past few years. They've always had great customer service and they pick you up!

  Just a bad experience. Rude representatives. Also having a 'not my problem' attitude. Did nothing to confirm with the insurance company to be sure billing was being done correctly because the company had split it into 2 claims. It took three visits to this location to even get it straightened out and get a car so I had to go to this location four times. Each time I was in there, there was always at least one other customer having and issue to the point that they were visibly angry and loud about it. I can understand one customer, but four on four different days. Now that I read the reviews, I now understand. And because they are the only location to pick up and drop off to the body shop I use, I tried to rent at another location and they just transferred my reservation back to this location, I had to get a car from that location. If I were the body shops in there service area, I would be concerned about anyone using my repair shop because of the way customers are treated at this location. By the way, the car I rented was returned as promised, full of fuel and literally washed, vacuumed and ready to rent right back out without any need to service at the location. It is sad that I have more courtesy to Enterprise than they ever showed to me during these four encounters. The insurance would not direct bill to any other rental company so I had no choice. If I did it would not be Enterprise.
