  They couldn’t find my reservation. Told me they don’t know how third party do there reservations so had to come out of pocket. The car wasn’t clean. He kept telling me it was sanitized after I told him that the lady said it need to be washed. The window was so dirty I had to stop by the store to get winded to clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to go to the one on 7th street

  This team is phenomenal, and has excellent customer service across the board. I started using this location for a long-term rental,. And since then I have been using them for about two years now. It’s in a great location downtown as far as getting in and out of the city goes. But again I want to reiterate just how well the customer service is at this location! I would definitely recommend.

  Really helpful employees. Ellie in Austin was so helpful and suggested a larger vehicle once she heard that I was moving my son back to Chicago for school. Definitely needed every inch of space, so glad I listened! Car was clean and well maintained. Drop off in Chicago was super easy!

  While every other experience I’ve had with Enterprise has been positive, I cannot say that about this location. My insurance (USAA), set up the rental here and had I known how pushy and rude the staff were obviously I would’ve used a different location. Shortly after my insurance rep set the appointment, I got a voicemail from this enterprise saying to call them back to set things up. When I did this a few minutes later the girl I spoke with said she just needed the name of the shop my truck would be sent to. I didn’t have that information at that time and I got a fairly curt “well call us back when you do” response. Anyway the next day I called to set up the reservation and she was super adamant that they only had minivans and I told her that wasn’t acceptable. I have a sensory issue after a long period in the Army and overly spacious cabins cause me some anxiety. I shouldn’t have had to explain it in such detail but she wouldn’t take no for an answer. I was running a bit late for the appointment because my ride over there got delayed, and they called me twice in an hour to confirm I was coming, but when I told them I was waiting on transportation at no time did they offer to come get me, which my agent had told me they do. So let’s get to the counter. Now there is a restriction on my license (B), and it is due to a clerical error by the DMV. I have an appointment to fix the issue, again, not one caused by me, but they are booked for months. Tony took one look at my ID and said nope we can’t rent to you. And in my opinion he had a very smug, pleased with himself attitude about it. My e-mails with the dmv can’t be considered, not the fact that I have rented with Enterprise multiple times in the past always with this ID both as a customer and through insurance. I have always returned cars gassed, clean, and undamaged. I should have a decent reputation as a customer. I can’t prove it obviously but I genuinely feel like they really did not want to rent to me unless I accepted a minivan, which is unsuitable for my use. I may use Enterprise again at some point, but definitely not this location.
