  Enterprise Car Sales was extremely helpful and attentive when it came to selling me a car. The sales process was smooth, everyone was friendly, and they made it easy to move forward with the purchase. However, my advice to anyone buying from them is this: make sure every promised repair is fully completed BEFORE you sign and drive off the lot. Once the paperwork is done, getting them to honor repair promises has been incredibly frustrating and a nightmare. I recently had a scheduled appointment to fix two specific items on my vehicle. My car sat at the shop for over three hours, and when I finally went to check on it myself, absolutely nothing had been done. No phone call, no update, no explanation. When I asked why my car had been sitting there for hours untouched, nobody could even give me an answer. The customer service completely changed after the sale, and the follow-through has been beyond disappointing.
