  Went to get my Honda-CRV serviced. Had gone to a different auto shop before, and was told I’d need new front brakes and back brakes. Then I came to Dave’s to get another free brake check. They told me I’d only need new front brakes, and the back rotors were not actually rusted off. They seemed very honest, and give new customers a 20% discount up to $200 on applicable parts. I was recommended this auto shop, and would recommend to anyone!

  I hate dealing with car issues. I felt in good hands with the manager, Mark Davis. He gave me cost saving options, which I appreciated. Joe was wonderful to deal with as well. I recommend this shop.

  I was advised that no problems were identified with my vehicle, yet after only a 10-mile drive home, my brakes became excessively hot. The rears even generated some smoke, and produced a significant burning odor throughout my garage (enough for my wife to even comment). You could feel the heat from standing 6+ ft away. This behavior is not consistent with normal brake operation.

  I recently took my Mini Cooper Countryman in for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency. They completed the oil change and also took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and let me know about a few maintenance items that will need attention in the future. There was absolutely no pressure, just helpful information so I can plan ahead and keep my Mini in good shape. It’s refreshing to find a shop that takes the time to explain things and genuinely looks out for their customers. I left feeling confident about my car and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you to everyone at Dave’s Ultimate Automotive for the excellent service! 😊🚗✨ And here’s a little bonus tip I learned: if you purchase one of their Dave’s Automotive stickers and keep it on your vehicle, you get 50% off oil changes for life… well, as long as that sticker is still on your car! 😆 That’s a pretty awesome deal and just another reason I’ll be back.
