  I cannot say enough great things about this place! My engine overheated on the side of 290, and as a woman dealing with serious car issues for the first time, I was honestly scared and overwhelmed. From the moment I arrived, the front staff took such great care of me and answered every question I had. I had my car towed there just 30 minutes before they closed, and they still took the time to bring it inside the shop to make sure it was safe overnight. First thing the next morning, I received a call from Louie. Unfortunately, he had to deliver some bad news, but he was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, and helped explain the financial side of things. I was so overwhelmed that I started crying, and instead of rushing me, he was so compassionate and even helped walk me through my breathing. This team truly has a heart of gold. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and understanding auto shop.

  As a girl who avoids getting car maintenance done for fear of being price gouged, I had a wonderful experience with Dave’s from start to finish. My engine light was on and I needed an oil change, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in about two days. I double checked pricing for parts + industry standards for labor pricing, and was pleased to find that everything was fair and above board. My oil change was the cheapest I’ve paid in the Austin area, and I will be coming back for their half price oil club. Car repairs are expensive, but I was overjoyed to avoid the “girl tax”! I spoke with Louie the most over the phone who happily answered all of my diagnostic questions and patiently broke down the pricing for me on everything. Girls, go to Dave’s!

  De un inicio al llegar ahí, el señor que atiende, la recepción me dijo que no hablara español cuando intenté irme, me llamó y me habló en español. Me preguntó qué auto tenía le expliqué el auto que tenía y lo que podía estar averiado. Me dijo que se lo llevara le dije que primero necesitaba saber si trabajaban con la garantía GAP,ruta 360 a lo que él me respondió que no trabajaban con esa garantía de hecho con ninguna garantía. Siempre tratándome de una forma déspota porque no he hablado inglés. Total de discriminación a los latinos.
