  Dave’s Automotive was the best! Responded quickly to my need for help. They explained what the car needed in terms I could understand and got the work done in record time. They even arrange transportation to and from their location. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. Nice to find good businesses in my neighborhood.

  My vehicle went in due to a tire blowout thread that caused some extensive damage to some hard to acquire parts. They took the time to research the parts and acquire them. Jacob customer service took the time to brief me almost on a daily basis as to the status of the parks and of the vehicle.

  They misdiagnosed my car after performing only a partial inspection. I was told it would cost over $6,000 to replace the entire exhaust system. However, Eagle Transmission & Automotive found that the diagnostic codes were being triggered by a separate issue, correctly identified the actual problem, and pinpointed exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. Everything eagle said they're gonna fix on my car didnt even exceed 2k.

  Is a very good place for taking care of your car. They are professional and fast. They do a really great job on the diagnostic test. And gave me discount for my first time there.

  No problem with the service itself. The issue was with payment and lack of communication. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change. I knew that there were a few other items that needed to be addressed so I wasn't surprised when they called back to let me know. I was told by Luis over the phone that my total would end up being $800-$900. I authorized the work based on that. When I arrived to pick it up today, I was given a bill for $1400. While I understand that what I was given was an estimate over the phone, a jump in $500-$600 is absurd.
