- JOJustin OgdenMay 10, 20265.0I've been putting off service after a less than stellar visit to my old mechanic, but decided to try out Dave's since they seemed to have good reviews and didn't look too busy when I last drove by. Besides an oil change, I had two specific issues I needed investigated. They quickly diagnosed my issues and were able to order parts and complete repairs before my next work day. They pointed out some problems that could develop in the future, but didn't pressure me to fix up anything I didn't ask to have done. Thanks to Cam and the team, I'm cool, my engine is running smoothly again, and I didn't have to stress about finding a ride to work.
- VGVictor GarciaMay 5, 20261.0Very friendly and understanding staff but ultimately wasted an entire week to diagnose an electrical issue causing my taillights to go out. I paid $383 for a diagnostic and a oil change with a “discount”. Very disappointing for the service I received and was originally told it would be done the following day. I spent over $200 additional to travel back and forth from work - which if I even wanted to borrow their “loaner car” I would’ve had to wait for the owner of the vehicle which already sounds sketchy to me. Again very friendly staff but I would’ve been better off taking it to the dealership or somewhere else that could’ve told me a result much sooner for nearly $400…. for clarification: an aftermarket solution was never offered. In fact, they told me specifically that they would get a headlight assembly ordered which should’ve cost nearly $1200 but they gave me a discount for $900 overall. Again, nobody mentioned it was an aftermarket solution whatsoever.
