They could’ve said that on the phone. For the lack of respect for customer’s time and effort, I suggest you take your money elsewhere where it’s valued and respected.

- JGJesse GarzaAug 20, 20265.0This has been long over due but I have just been busy. I used to go to Tuffys when they had this location and was quite fond of the service I recieved. However, when I heard the news that they were no longer going to be there I instantly got worried as if I had to find a new doctor. I couldn't be more happier with the service from brake plus and mainly Andrew's customer service. It has ended up being a better experience than Tuffys and that's not to say anything bad about Tuffys. Incredible service highly recommend.

Under a few minutes at Brakes Plus and they were easily able to diagnose the issue. Very helpful, honest and quick to get the parts for the job. Thank you so much for the amazing service, will be back in the future!
- LCLouis CarrilloAug 4, 20265.0Recently came back to Brakes Plus for the second time because of my first experience. That time the service was outstanding from inside the office to the garage. This time I went back for what I suspected as suspension issues, however after their free inspection I was advised to go to a local transmission shop to further assess what was going on. Their knowledge and advice at that point was priceless, I was not charged at all. Since then I went to the recommended transmission shop, got my repair and my car is running much better. Much thanks to the Team at Brakes Plus. I will come back as needed and recommend them to my family and friends.
