  Rock solid car place and Andrew is visibly improving all manor of operations. Once again they try hard NOT to charge you for things you don't need, second time this has happened to me and I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity. I trust their opinion and expertise in cars, it's comforting to know exactly who to take a car to for help.

  Stopped by for a state inspection today and they actually had a person ready and available to do it! This is after weeks of going to other places who give out excuses like "the inspection system is down" or "no inspector on duty today", etc. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The shop and front office both look clean and well organized. Andrew was super friendly and filled me in on the other services they offer at the shop. I'm planning to schedule a follow-up appointment with them to look at some suspension problems I'm having, so I will try to update my review after that. Would recommend!

  Andrew at Brakes Plus gives great customer service. Speaks plainly about what your vehicle needs and not what it doesn't need. You can really tell he wants to make sure you get exceptional customer service. I bring both my cars here and at the moment they have great coupons running through July 2026.

  Andrew did a wonderful job of taking care of my car today. I'm so glad I am able to bring my car by a local team who will take care of things. One less thing to worry about, right?
