    I had a great experience at AutoZone on August 17th. I needed a new battery for my car, and Steve helped me find the correct one using their system. The battery initially recommended was $137, but when we went outside to install it, we discovered that it wasn’t the correct fit for my vehicle, even though the system had identified it as compatible. Steve immediately took care of the issue. He found the correct battery, which was more expensive, and honored the original price so I didn’t have to pay the difference. He also made sure his coworkers were aware that the system was showing the wrong battery fitment for my vehicle so the issue could be avoided in the future. I really appreciated how smoothly and professionally Steve handled everything. He didn’t make the situation difficult or try to pass the problem along, he simply fixed it on the spot and made sure I left with the correct battery. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Steve!

    I was in today with my hybrid vehicle. The employees were so helpful and were able to figure out which of the batteries in my car was dead. In the heat of the day, they took the time to find the correct one and install it. The gentleman who helped me (began with an M) was so kind. I wish I could recall your name to give you a specific shoutout, but thank you so much for all of your help!

    THIS place is amazing. The staff! I've been 6 or so times and although the faces may change, the service does not. Excellent management I would imagine. Staff is incredibly helpful and intelligent

    Customer service was beyond amazing! I walked in with a check engine light on and Dennis was able to help me figure out exactly what to do next. He was so helpful and even went the extra step to provide me with a business card for a mechanic! Will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs!
