Came in looking to change the battery for my car. Calvin was super helpful and helped me look for what I need right away. He also helped me replace the new battery. In and out in about 15 min.

I came into auto zone and meet Yakota today, she is incredibly friendly and helpful. Kindness is a choice everyday and she really went out of her way to accommodate expecting nothing in return. People like her give me lots of hope

I want to be upfront: this started as a one-star experience and ended as a five-star one, and the difference came down to leadership.
I came in for a warranty replacement on a Duralast Gold battery that was leaking, which is a legitimate safety concern while driving and operating my vehicle. The assistant manager, Ali, was unwilling to replace it under warranty. When I explained the issue and mentioned I would follow up with AutoZone corporate, he made a dismissive remark telling me to go ahead and call them, then walked back into the store. I stayed calm and factual throughout, but the interaction was combative and dismissive from his end.
Fortunately, the store manager, Ibrahim Nasser, overheard the exchange and stepped in immediately. He listened, understood the safety issue, and resolved it without hesitation. His professionalism was a night-and-day difference and made it clear why he’s running this store.
My feedback to AutoZone: Ibrahim is an asset and deserves recognition. But an assistant manager who handles a legitimate warranty and safety concern that way is going to cost this location customers and hurt store performance. That gap in customer service standards between the two is worth addressing.
Five stars for Ibrahim and the resolution. The rest is feedback I hope management takes seriously.

When it rains it pours! Not expecting to have to buy a battery today (who honestly does expect it) but when my car died, I went to autozone and they were amazing! Josh (or Joshua) was so sweet by helping me change my battery, taught me and my boyfriend how to change the battery in the future, and for assisting me in getting some $ back for turning in my old battery. I really appreciate it and will continue going to this location for all my car needs ☺️
Ibrahim was the best person I met at AutoZone. He helped me a lot and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service made my experience outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Ibrahim does.
