  Absolutely amazing customer service! I've been going to this location for 10 years. There have there been times in the past that I've walked out and gone next door to O'Reilly because of the horrible customer service I got. The new management and crew are great! They all deserve a raise and they should be the example for all other locations on how to interact with customers. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend getting your parts at this particular AutoZone location!

  these guys immediately found the lightbulb my Kia needed and installed it for me they are the best! Other places would never go above and beyond.

  Gil assisted me in seeing why my engine light was coming on and he helped me in purchasing the right oil to put in my car after he checked that the oil was very very low. He was so patient and took the lead in going out to my car and connecting the obd2 to see if there was a code coming up. Thanks Gil!

  Steven Morales is a real credit to your operation, he was not only kind and responsive, but very adept at advising the best course of action when we were stuck with a car that was having difficulty starting. In the end he got us up and running with the sort of actionable information that made getting the necessary repair from our car dealer quick and easy! Good people mean I will be back for sure.

  went in to see if they had a part for my car asked one of the guys at the register and he immediately just said he didnt think so if they did it wouldnt be in stock which is fair but he didnt even bother to look it up in his system or offer to order it (i have a friend who worked at the one in buda it is fully within their capabilities to look up a part) which if they cant order parts then thats totally fair im not upset about the lack of part its the fact that it wasnt even bothered to be looked up and when i asked if he would know where to go to get the part he just shrugged it off and said a dealer or to go to a junk yard im not gonna immediately jump to “its because im a women” but i have seen past reviews about proven sexism at this location its all good tho went to o’rileys next door and they immediately looked it up for me and had the part ordered gonna go pick it up at 1:30pm today if you are looking for a car parts shop id suggest you go there instead its right next door could honestly walk there from the autozone parking lot🤷‍♀️
