  I had the worst experience ever the saler her name is Alina she's the worst! I'm a loyal AutoZone customer for years now' and always buy my stuff from them but this person gave me the worst experience ever. Keep visiting AutoZone but just don't deal with this person Alina her name hopefully the management will do something about her she should be more respectful, professional and have to trust the AutoZone customers !

  I came in super exasperated and needed a battery. Jose was AMAZING and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. He was wonderful

  I left this AutoZone very disappointed with the customer service I received. The first issue occurred when the employee asked for my license plate to identify the correct battery for my vehicle. Based on that lookup, he told me my car was a 4-cylinder engine. After checking under the hood myself, I discovered it was actually a V6. If I hadn’t caught the mistake myself, I could have purchased the wrong battery. Vehicle information should be verified instead of relying solely on a license plate lookup. After purchasing the correct battery, I explained that I didn’t have any tools and would need help installing it. The employee removed only the negative battery terminal, handed me a ratchet, and left me to complete the rest of the replacement myself making wonder if he just didn’t know how. Later when trying to tighten down the terminals on the new battery I realized the ratchet was defective and was free spinning. I then asked another employee working on a car right next me for a ratchet, but he explained he was using it to help another customer. I understood that. I then asked if I could simply borrow an extension that he was not using so I could tighten the terminal by hand and finish the installation. He declined and told me I would have to wait until he finished with the other customer before he could help me. At that point, I had already purchased my battery before the other customer and was left waiting with my battery installation incomplete over a tool that wasn’t even being used. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect accurate vehicle identification, working tools, and employees who are willing to make reasonable efforts to help a customer complete a service safely. This experience was frustrating and left me feeling like customer service was not a priority.

  visited this location to have my battery tested, expecting standard customer service. Instead, I was met with an incredibly rude and disrespectful attitude from the employee who helped me. Dealing with car issues is stressful enough without having to tolerate poor customer service. I won't be coming back to this location.

  Went to the store to check my check engine light and I was astounded by how helpful Elena was. She went above and beyond to help. If I ever need to come again to a AutoZone I'll make sure to come to this specific location.
