  Bought a battery a year and a month ago from this location. Recently the car had problems starting and was routinely needing a jump. I took it back in because the battery was under warranty. I was told “the battery shows it’s at 100%” and that there wasn’t anything they could (or would) do. It continued to have problems starting so I took a video and brought it back in, hoping maybe they would check connections or another cause. I was told this time that all their readers were down…unsure how that impacted them replacing my battery I asked if they could check connections or look for other causes and was told to “go to another store”. Firestone on Congress found the battery to have a bad cell and is replacing it currently. Service is 0/10

  I’m giving 5 stars purely for Daniel and Clay! I was stranded in their parking lot when my car wouldn’t start. Jeremy tested my car, told me they didn't carry the battery I needed, and just walked away and told me to go to O'Reilly, where they supposedly did sell the battery I needed. He left me hanging. To make matters worse, my car wouldn't turn back on at all without a new battery because jump-starting wasn't working. Luckily, Daniel and Clay stepped in. They double-checked the inventory and found the exact battery I needed right there in the store. Even though Jeremy (the manager) refused to let anyone install it while on the clock, Daniel stayed after his shift past 10 PM to install the battery himself and ensure I could drive home safely. In an area that doesn't feel safe late at night, Daniel made me feel completely looked after. Daniel and Clay are absolute lifesavers—management, on the other hand, needs serious customer service retraining. If I could give Jeremy a minus 5 star review I would, but Clay and Daniel were so exceptional that I’m leaving this place a 5 despite Jeremy’s awful attitude towards me.

  Went into the AutoZone after An online purchase. Was returning one of the parts unopened a lightbulb. I had the receipt and the proof of purchase. The clerk at the front Older gentlemen. Kept talking over me being rude as Hell! Worst customer service ever!!! Will never go back to the store. I am a business owner Of multiple business. Sorely disappointed!!! I tried to ask the gentleman To give store credit At the bare minimum, he continue to yell at me. No one come shop here Behind the store is Advanced auto Go there instead!
