  Curtis was a huge help. He picked out new windshield wipers for my vehicle and even went ahead and installed them! As a woman I’m naturally suspect of autoshops/mechanics, the folks here are friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.

  This auto zone always got my back, I’m a girl and most of the time I barely know what is happening (I’m learning thooo) and I have been two time, the first one Cecilio and another agent were so nice with me, one agent help me not only find the right piece I needed but the most affordable, and Cecilio guide me through everything, they even recommended an mechanic that could assist me they were so nice, the second time Micheal help me and it was the same he was so patient with me looking different pieces that were on my budget and they had available for that day, as a woman this is something we need, customer service that support us that want to help us and that above all we spend the right amount and save money. I just wanted to say thank you for the team to got my back in those moments 🌼 thank you

  Today was a very bittersweet day.. I just got done moving out of my dorm and needed budging cords and Billy was an amazing help! Usually most workers just stop doing their job at the register but not Billy he went to the extra mile and helped us use the cords. He is so sweet and kindhearted for this. Thank you Billy you really saved the day.

  I walked in a little lost, looking for new freon for my car–hoping new freon would finally make my AC cool again. Mike M. was assisting several guests out, but still noticed me and called out to ask if I needed help. I was about to purchase the freon can ($25) with the adapter ($40). I confessed to Mike, "I'm not even sure the freon is the issue." I think he knew I didn't know what I was doing, and he was kind enough to offer to go the extra mile. He charged me for JUST the can (saved me $40 on an adapter), went out to my car, and used HIS personal adapter to top off the freon. "If it doesn't work, at least you only paid $20," he said. My AC cooled instantly. I thanked him and drove off. Mike, thank you so much for being kind, patient, and honest. Made my day. We need more of that in this world. I'll be back in the future!

  I've had bad experiences with auto parts from autozone Pacific.The electrical , but if you're looking for anything like Breaks filters.I think autozone is a good place.Some employees that some autozone could be a hassle , but most of them really help out
