  This AutoZone is actually a distribution hub for all of the stores in the Austin area and surrounding citys. If your regular store doesn't have the part, this location almost always does. Way bigger inventory than a normal AutoZone.

  The most dependable auto parts store in Austin! AutoZone Auto Parts in Austin never lets me down. The inventory is extensive and they consistently have exactly the parts and tools I need in stock which saves so much time and effort. The staff is impressively knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys helping customers find the right solution for their vehicle whether you are a seasoned mechanic or a complete beginner. The free diagnostic services they offer are incredibly helpful and the whole experience from start to finish is always smooth, efficient and friendly. The prices are very competitive and the quality of the products is consistently reliable. AutoZone is an absolute essential for any car owner in Austin and a place I trust and return to every single time!

  I was just trying to get one thing and no one didn't wanted to ring me up all 7 worker's were just standing next to the computers didn't even bothered saying anything very disrespectful they need to hire a new crew

  Liliana the manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Yelling and causing a scene. Making everyone uncomfortable for something that could have been handled properly with a simple “sorry I can’t help you with this”. (Train your managers better!)
