I had taken my car to the dealership for the issue I was experiencing and despite handing over my hard earned money, the dealership could never follow through on getting the work done. After reclaiming my vehicle and getting a refund from the dealership, I submitted an online inquiry with AutoTek, got an immediate estimate for the same work for a fraction of the cost of the dealership’s service center, and had my car in and out at the soonest opportunity. AutoTek is my go to for any of my cars that are out of warranty moving forward!

The guys were communicative about their recommendations and took ample pictures of the issue, which was great. They included recommendations for other car maintenance. Was quoted $3800 to replace ac components, $46 in labor for cabin air filter replacement, $12 in labor for rear wiper change. The pricing experience forced me to get another opinion. Cabin filter cost left a bad taste. Otherwise pleasant experience.
