The trunk shocks that held up my trunk were completely worn down, and the trunk door was so heavy I could barely even lift it. I feel so blessed that he was working when I came in. I’ll gladly return to this location.

My check oil light came on about a month after I got an oil change somewhere else, so I stopped by because I had no idea what was wrong. Shane the employee who helped me was so kind and patient. He came up to me right away and asked how he could help. He checked my oil and was shocked to see it was almost empty, especially since I had just had an oil change. He helped me find the right oil for my car and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to cars, but he never made me feel embarrassed. He even explained how to check and add coolant and answered my questions without rushing me. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
