Here’s what I didn’t expect! An amazing tow company who was concerned about my family and showed actual empathy for my situation! In addition they overheard that the truck had sentimental value and ensured all appropriate measures were taken so my mother could see the truck one last time. They also stayed with me until another family member could come to the accident and be with me. I suppose all these things may be normal, but in today’s day and age, I feel like things happen so quickly with no emotion, no empathy and no kindness. I was taking a back with the professionalism, this company showed. So many times you see bad reviews, and ever the good ones. This company left a lasting impression and I hope more people get to see quality that they have shown me in my family.
