  Yésica Danny and the staff have always taken care of me throughout the year and I recently had two major breakdown last Friday and this Monday two separate vehicle, one located in South San Antonio, and one in north of New Braunfels. They rescued me each time without fail in a very short amount of time they can always come through like that, but life has been happening on life’s terms for me lately and it has not been fun or exciting, but I’m always happy to be partner with such a great company. Highly recommended for all your Towing needs.

  The tow truck driver, David Mahan, was an absolute God send. We, my Mom, my Dad, and I, were having my deceased brother’s truck towed in order to donate it to Best Friends Animal Society. Mahan did a great job! 👏— he had it loaded in about thirty minutes, which was very quick, as he tactfully listened to me telling him about my brother. He even played the harmonica (pictured). 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing towing service!!

  We used to use them for our tow service, but got too many complaints from our customers about the person answering the phone being rude. Yesterday we got another reminder why we shouldn't be using them. One of their driver's sharked a customer of ours that was broken down and waiting for the wrecker service we recommended. An A-Tex driver pulled up to her broken down car and said "I'm here for you". She was initially relieved that she was soon going to be out of the afternoon sun and on her way to our shop. Then she realized the sign on the door wasn't the one she had called to set up the tow. The driver demanded $200 of he was going to impound her vehicle. Not having a choice, she reluctantly paid the amount being demanded. We no longer use this particular wrecker service, and based on our customers experience, we do not recommend.

  BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! If I could leave negative starts I would! I work at a mom and pop repair shop. We had a customer call and ask for a referral for a tow to have her car brought to our shop. She set up her tow and paid over the phone. While she was waiting this company’s tow truck showed up and said they were there for her. It was not the company we use. They brought her car to our shop and then demanded she pay almost DOUBLE what she paid our referral tow company charged her over the phone. And if she didn’t they were going to take her car away. They preyed on an innocent person who needed help and didn’t know any better. They are disgusting scammers. Use Chotes towing. They are an honest tow company.

  They're scammers. We had a customer set up a tow and prepay with a specific company and ATEX was cruising looking for people and convinced them they were there for them. When they got to the shop we all realized what had happened and the driver (who barely spoke English) called his office and an incredibly rude woman was threatening to take the car if our didn't pay an exorbitant amount of money. The whole thing was ridiculous. We will be telling all of our customers about this and not to use these people.
