- NBNicki BarbeJun 30, 20264.0Staff are friendly when you go there and helpful but trying to call them and talk they do not answer or call you back making you to have to go in. They need to pay a little more attention to the vehicles they are renting for the wear and tear of the cars. In the first 3 days of my 21 day renting we had to return cars twice. They were able to get me replacement vehicle right away thankfully.

People who work here seem to like working here and Ethan their manager, always have given outstanding customer service and that’s reflected on his staff as well. I passed by another Enterprise location from my house before getting to this one and it’s absolutely no brainer I am getting back to this one again and again.

Fortunately location is conveniently close by.Some employees show prudent customer interaction where others treat you like a number. But they always busy must be doing something right.
