  Poor customer service. I currently have an Enterprise rental car with expired tags. I called 855.266.9565 and they said I could take it to this location to swap it out. I called first to confirm they had a car available. Her response to me was if she takes the car I had then she cannot rent it out so no she would not swap.

  I only gave 3 stars for the customer service guy (Jacob) who waited on us. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable with having our time in his thoughts to get us on the road. Second rental in past 3 months and cruise control going out. The last rental wouldn’t work at all with no power to vehicles. Very disappointed!!

  Journee the Branch Manager came in clutch for me on a last minute rental. There was a mix up with the customer service team regarding my last minute rental. Go see her if you’re in Aubrey and she will most definitely get you taken care of! Thank you again Journee for going above and beyond to make sure I got in a rental same day!

  The best enterprise branch I’ve ever visited. They listen to you and put you in a car that exactly meets your needs not just whatever they have . Their level of customer care is beyond your expectations. Cars are super clean, ready to go and they are very well organized and managed. Herzan Did a really great job in helping me.

  This was by far one of the worst rental car experiences I've had. Issue #1: My insurance arranged a rental through Enterprise, and they were supposed to send a shuttle to pick me up from the collision center, which is only about 2 miles away. The collision center notified Enterprise as soon as my vehicle was dropped off, but after waiting nearly 40 minutes, no one showed up. Calling the branch was pointless because nobody answered the phone. I eventually had to pay for an Uber, and no one even acknowledged or explained why the shuttle never came. Issue #2: Every visit involved a long wait. The branch always seemed overcrowded, and the cars weren't even ready. Instead of preparing vehicles before customers arrive, they wait until you are assigned a car and then start cleaning the interior and washing the exterior while you stand there waiting. This creates unnecessary delays for everyone. Issue #3: Good luck trying to reach this location by phone. They simply don't answer. If you need anything, your only option is to drive there and speak with someone in person. Issue #4: Since my collision repair was taking longer than expected, I asked if I could switch to a smaller rental to reduce the insurance cost. The staff immediately said there were no vehicles available without even checking their inventory or exploring any options. It felt like they weren't interested in helping at all. Overall, the customer service at this location was disappointing from start to finish. Poor communication, excessive wait times, and a lack of willingness to help made this a frustrating experience. I will avoid this Enterprise location in the future.
