- KKKripaMay 7, 20261.0ZERO STARS! Blue Nissan Sentra WGR3620 We were given a vehicle that fell apart within minutes of driving it from the lot. The entire undercarriage was missing screws and fell out-insulation and all. The vehicle was undrivable and we needed to wait an hour for a tow-also extremely difficult to get a hold of. Not only is it extremely difficult to connect to an agent at enterprise, they were extremely combative and tried to hold us liable for their damaged vehicle and lack of inspection. There is no way in any universe that I could be held responsible for missing parts on a vehicle I drove for less than a mile, less than 5 minutes. Its ridiculous and extremely unprofessional and should be criminal to hold us liable for their damaged vehicle. Never again.
