  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. Jason was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on with my car before making any decisions about moving forward with the service. I really appreciated that he showed me the before and after of my brakes and made sure I knew exactly what was done. He was professional, personal , and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Great customer service!

  This is our go-to car place. Though there is often a wait, the staff are always friendly and keep us up to date with the progress on our vehicles. They don't press us to get more work done than is needed and once actively discouraged me from letting them do an expensive repair (in lieu of just getting a new vehicle, which I was considering). The lobby is bright with several small tables and outlets. Coffee and water are available.

  I was treated terribly at other auto shops. I came here expecting the same treatment. To my surprise, I was treated with the absolute most respect. Travis was so easy to work with, understood my financial issues and worked with me to make sure my experience was flawless from the first phone call and even stayed open late upon completion of my vehicle. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you, Travis and Team!

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience here both for a new wheel bearing and an AC compressor fix. Their quotes were way below what I had found at independent shops and staff were always so nice about me asking a bunch of questions. I won’t go anywhere else for future repairs or maintenance. Thank you!

They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything. It’s not always easy to find places where you feel like the people genuinely care about helping you, but that was definitely my experience here. Great service, great communication, and a really nice team. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Brakes Plus to my family and friends!
