- RRRoxsand4 days ago1.0I want to tell you about Brake Plus, I've been a loyal customer to them for many years and also my husband, this time they messed me over for some reason I don't understand, but they keep telling me that nothing wrong with my car when I first got my brakes fix at first. Steven Burns the one who helped me and my husband about getting my car fixed and now the brakes pads are scrubbing causing a loud noise and now they want me to pay it to get fix, why, they messed it up at first and my car is still squeaking? Now they say the brake rotor on the front drivers side need to be fixed, why should they need it to be fixed if they fix my brakes the first time, we shouldn't need to fix the rotors if they did a brake inspection so tell me how long do brakes supposed to last 6 months with a lifetime warranty because that's how long mine lasted, it makes me wonder do they know how to fix 2021 Buick Enclave cars? We already talk to someone there about this situation to many times.
