- AOAshley OldsSep 14, 20261.0I have a question so I have been a loyal customer for over a year now every month two weeks before my subscription is up. I have to sit and wait for someone to check my information because it’s saying that all of my washes are redeemed if I’m paying for a $40 monthly unlimited, I come here for convenience not to sit and wait for 10 minutes for someone to check my info. If there is a glitch in your system, it needs to be fixed. This is getting beyond ridiculous honestly about to take my service elsewhere
