  Grease Monkey has been my go to for oil changes on my personal vehicles for a while now—at least 3 years. I don’t even want to try another oil change shop.

  I went to this establishment for an oil change on 6/18/2026. My car was working well until I got the oil change. I was asked if I wanted to wait in my car for the oil change or in the lobby for the and I said that I would wait in the lobby. They charged me $128 for the oil change and asked me if I wanted a tire rotation so I said yes. Then they gave up and said that they could not do it because they didnt have the proper equipment and they told me they didnt want to keep me waiting for 20-40 mins for them to find it. I paid and left. Immediately I felt my car different but I thought it was just because I had just had an oil change done on it. (I dont know much about cars) Then I noticed my AC was not working where it previously was working just fine and had been driving my car around town to run errands just before I stopped for the oil change. Till this day I have had so much trouble with my car and having the AC damaged in peak summer. I went back and told them the next day and they checked it and the manager had me open the hood of my car and proceeds with literally letting all the antifreeze just vaporize off and leave me with very little antifreeze. I did not at all see the point of that! Also when the oil change was done they spilled oil all on the engine. And so basically as I said before I cannot drive a long distance without my car overheating. I literally have to drive with the AC off or with it only on whilst driving because of the fan on it not working. I dont know what this place did or how they did it but they did something not right because I can for sure say that my car came out of this establishment in a worse condition than how I brought it in. I dont know if it was an honest mistake by the two workers or if it was done out of spite because I chose to sit in the lobby of your establishment like one of them said "Oh its nice and cool in there!'" and then I leave with the AC not working on my car. Its been such a headache with all this. I just want a refund at least. I had to pay a mechanic $50 and he said that I need to buy a $300 radiator fan.

  Great service at Monkey. They changed my car battery, filter and oil super fast, plus a block away from my home and as always they help me with a smile. They are the best, totally recommended. Thanks guys.

  The guys got me right in. Explained what type of oil I had used previously and recommended it again. They brought me a detailed summary of the service provided and didn’t even try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
