Jacob always goes above and beyond. Many technicians have told me for years they would have to take apart my dash to replace the cabin air filter and Jacob was able to replace it with no tools. And this review would have 5 stars if it was only about him. However, the manager seems to be lacking correct information in regards to accurate warranties and testing procedures for batteries. I purchased a new battery from this location on 08-27-25 After being told the battery was failing on 08-14-2026 she informed me that the battery probably only had a 6-12 month warranty and they had frequently changed vendors so it wasn't covered. A promise was made to me that she would call the district manager and provide more information to me. After no contact I came to the location after 5 pm today and spoke with Jacob who got the manager to call the district manager. It was determined that the manager completed the incorrect test on the battery on 08-14 causing the battery to show as failing. The issue was resolved by another employee taking the battery to ABC to have it tested out of the vehicle showing it is still good.

First time customer and it won't be my last. These fellas are on point. We all end up getting service to our vehicles at some point. Where it's someone you know and trust or dread the unexpected. But today, I was surprised by the professionalism this crew performed. Again, we all got a place that we like. I found a new one, and it isn't in my hometown. In any case, or God forbid in an emergency, these honest men got your back 110% Bless you for keeping me and my ride safe.
