  I have been a customer since this place first opened up. It is always clean and the rags are always full and I have had a great experience keeping my cars clean. I drive all the way from Dayton since this place has the best prices and car washing suds and tire shine.

  Most of the time when I get the car washed, everything is fine and I have no issues. The one issue I do have is half the time when getting the wash, only one person is outside and the drivers side is the only thing that gets brushed. I have seen times where the attendant has a soda in one hand and the brush in the other. I do have two sides of the car that need washing. Also, the Mat washer needs to be fixed. It has been broke for a long time and paying $32 per month, I should be able to at least wash the mats.

  I share the same frustration with Holly. I have been charged for 3 cars for months. I only have 2. Talked with person at the wash. Tried to resolve online. Nothing! I am going to have to change credit cards to resolve this on my own. Love the car wash, hate that you can't talk to an actual person to get things resolved!

  I have tried out several different car washes in the area. None compare to Ocean Express! They’re also open earlier than most, 7am! At Ocean Express, there’s always someone to greet you, scrub your car down, and apply a bug treatment spray if needed before the wash. Their towels are perfectly dry/damp to soak up the excess water droplets if you choose to do so. Their vacuums are super powerful! They also have a machine to run your mats through that quickly washes and dries them. Wilfredo is the manager and he’s very attentive to his customers needs. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have had this membership for 8 months now. My most recent wash and dry was horrible. I had to run it through a second time and the dryers don’t actually dry. But the worst part are the towels we are supposed to use to dry our vehicles off with. They are not dry at all. Leave them in the dryer for an extra 10 minutes. Of check the lint trap because they are still damp. Also, the windows look great in the sun after drying with towels, but this morning at 5:00 am, they were streaked and hazy because of all the wax or chemicals still in the towels. When I dry with my own microfiber towel, I don’t get the same issues. For the price, $39.99 month I would hope these other little aspects could be fixed. Billing is by far the worst experience ever! I’m writing this after I just got an email that asked me how my first wash was. Like I said, I’ve been at this business for 8 months.
