  The car wash itself is fine. But the customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve been trying to get my membership canceled for over four months. I’ve gone in person twice (first time was told it had been canceled) and second time was given instructions on how to email asking for a refund and then a QR code to cancel the membership. I’ve called tons of times and never had someone answer. I emailed a week ago and no one responded. I canceled using their form online and STILL was charged for this next month. The worst part is that my car is so dirty but I don’t want to use the membership because I was worried they wouldn’t give me a refund if I use it. But looks like I never will anyways. TLDR—fine for a single car wash but do NOT get a membership unless you want it for life.

  Can’t get in contact with anyone for a refund on an overcharge for my “membership” emailed, over a week ago, still no response. Manager tried to say I was charged by another location so he can’t help me. (Never been to another location) this places customer service is SO bad.

  Car wash was on the more affordable side, Clean pretty well, But the reason why I’m leaving this review is for the staff, Madison went out of their way to wash my car mats And ensure that my station had clean towels !!!

  I had damage done by the machine to my new truck nearly a month ago and have yet to get a call about the damage to my vehicle. The general manager keeps saying that he has no idea when I should expect to hear something from their higher ups in regards to the damage. I have been a loyal customer for 3+ years with a family plan and all for my vehicles. I do not recommend this car wash!

  Nice clean and towels are always ready. Enjoyable place to come wash your vehicle. Wilfredo is doing a great job over here. You should come check them out.
