  Efficient and professional. I recommend. Edited to lower rating and provide a detailed account 2 days after service provided: During their up sale process, the representative said my car’s coolant was empty and offered to refill for $10. I declined because I had some at home and would fill it myself. I just checked and the reservoir is completely full, so either they didn’t check and just blindly offered the service or they flat out lied to up sale with no need or intent to provide the service. Either way, that’s deceptive and I’ll never return. I only went there because I was in desperate need of an oil change and my usual service provider would have taken more time to schedule. Convenience isn’t everything.

  Top Tier Service. I’ve come in with two different cars with minor/major issues and on a time crunch. They’ve done an amazing job, have great customer service, and all at a great price. Some places feel like they judge you a bit this place I don’t feel that at all. Plus I drive a jeep. I got home and noticed they gave me a duck!!! Thank you Sydney!!

  This Jiffy Lube Oil business should be on everyone's list of places to use for oil changes, lube jobs, state emissions checks or other general car engine needs. The employees are well trained, good communicators and very helpful. The location is very neat and clean especially for an automotive maintenance company.

  Excellent service, they always take care of my needs and give recommendations on affordable products when things need replacing. I was there again this afternoon and they were so kind enough to even give me an extra discount on top of the first that I had. I recommend going to Jiffy Lube on Will Clayton, you won’t be disappointed

  This had been my go to place for a couple of years with my 2019 Tundra. Last visit I went in before a holiday road trip. Prior to going in i was adjusting my shocks for a heavier cargo load, I noticed oil dripping from my skid plate. I checked the level and it was drastically low. I topped it off and took it in. They noted it was still a little low, and said my rear main seal was leaking pretty bad and showed me oil all over the area... I told them that I didn't think that was the case as that what is was looking at was different and just to make sure everything was tightened properly and I would monitor the levels. They then proceeded to tell me I needed brake pads. I told them I did them in October... it was now November. They then brought in my air filter and cabin air filter to tell me they needed to be changed. I told them I have OEM stock and change them regularly and I was just there for an oil change. I got my truck back and the skid plate was rattling so I circled back around to have them tighten. The tech was not happy. He messed with it for about 15 minutes and sent me on my way. But before leaving he said " oh yeah, your coolant was a little low." I thought that was odd. As I pay attention to all of that stuff That same day, my tire monitor system gave me an alert that it wasnt working. I called and asked if they did anything that could have effected that. They said no, and I could bring it by. I took it to Discount Tire and the tires were inflated everywhere from 44 to 56 psi. All different. Normal is 38. That night we leave for our 12 hour drive to see family. Less than half way to our destination my temp warnings light up. Im low on coolant. We are in the middle of nowhere west Texas limping this thing town to town trying to find the leak or a place for repair hoping to find coolant. After 8 jugs of coolant stopping every 30 miles or so to top off, we find a town with a shop open. They cant find anything so we decide to swap the hoses and cross our fingers. They then bring me the lower hose and show me what they described as a slice from what appeared to be a kife or box cutter thst started as a mist and turned to a full blown leak. The hose was right by the skid plate... The skid plate with now 4 different bolts forced into the brackets now and 2 more missing. Well I just had my next oil change done. I checked my levels every other day or so to monitor. I asked them if I could take a look under the vehicle and explained the before situation. He said it was spotless, but let me come take a look. 4 months and 5k miles with zero oil loss. Maybe all of this is a coincidence... I however will not be returning. I just hope I don't have out of the norm engine issues in the future.
