  I have a membership here , but it's not something I can feel great about because every time , something isn't working right or isn't available. There is confusion about which line to go to as a member because there is actually a designated lane that says " members " but the gate rarely opens without someone opening it and today, both other lanes entered before my gate went up. Some of the vacuums don't work well or there won't be towels. Today, I was pleased that there were towels and the vacuum worked except the nozzle on the vacuum kept coming off . It's evident money is not being put back in for maintenance. Today, there was still dirt on my hood so idk

  They don't care. It's pretty obvious they don't care about their broken pay terminals and they don't care about you. I didn't even get a receipt so I don't know how much I paid. I've been to this place a few times in the past and every time I go it seems like it gets worse. Yesterday was a mess. Their terminals are apparently broken in some way so they have people standing with a tablet and device to tap your card then they select the wash you want on the tablet use your card on the tablet and then punch in a long number on the terminal. One of the terminals I went to has a break in the screen and is barely readable. I don't know what else was going on yesterday but I went there twice with two different cars. The first time was pretty smooth. The second time I pulled in when there was one car in the left area and one car in the right area. I pulled in behind the car on the left it was taking forever. I don't know what was going on but there was a lot of tapping on the tablet and talking back and forth with the guy in the car at some point the car on the right went through and I considered going to that empty bay when someone pulled in behind me the person at the empty bay gestured for that person to move over to the terminal they were working at. That person actually got entered into the car wash so I did change to the second terminal completed my transaction and the guy I was waiting behind the whole time was still dealing with the same girl at the first terminal. After that the line basically stopped there was no explanation they just weren't running cars through for 5 or 10 minutes. I had no air conditioning so it wasn't the best time. There was no obvious signs of people trying to expedite anything the people running the show were just walking around slowly not mentioning what was going on. I won't be back.
