- PJP JJun 15, 20261.0I would not recommend this business based on how they handled the transition from Take 5 Car Wash to Whistle Express. For several weeks, the location appeared completely closed. The entrance was blocked with cones, there was no visible information explaining what was happening, and all indications suggested the business was not operating. At the same time, my credit card continued to be automatically charged for a membership I could not use. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I received no email, text message, phone call, or notice explaining that the location had been sold, that the company name had changed, or how existing memberships would be affected. Several nearby Take 5 locations were also closed, leaving customers with no practical way to use the service they were still being billed for. Charging customers during a period when the location is inaccessible, while failing to clearly communicate major ownership and operational changes, is unacceptable. Businesses have a responsibility to be transparent with their customers, especially when recurring membership charges are involved. The quality of the car wash itself is secondary to the trustworthiness of the business. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

And their website shows ZERO locations in Texas. They even increased monthly subscription charges without letting us know from 16$ to 21$. Card was charged automatically where there is no service.
