  One of the worst experiences ever!! This company is not built for national distribution of their products. Made orginal purchase at the end of May. Didn't receive my scooter until almost August! Why you ask, well because they decided to ship the first scooter on its side (see photo). Took them forever to send a new one. Only, the scooter i purchased was not in stock, so it cost me an additional $150 for the difference on a new scooter. Asked for expedited shipping, which was not provided. To add injury to insult, the shipping company had wrong phone number, so couldn't get ahold of me once the scooter arrived in town. When I received it, the windshield was not for this scooter, wrong user manual was sent, storage bin was damaged, and no instructions provided. Very bad experience!!!

  So the experience started with being notified 4 days after payment item wasn't in stock. Website wasn't accurate so it was misleading when looking for a replacement. Sales assisted in finding the only vehicle legal in CA. Invoice was sent 2 days after payment. From the replacement purchase to receiving the bike was about 2wks. 3 is what you get for website accuracy and the time it took to notify. Still waiting for my MCO/Title but happy in the end. Update: MCO arrived two days after...vehicle legally registered! 💪🏾
