  In the beginning stages of ordering a bike from TXpowersports, As of now there has been nothing but good customer service, response time is very great as well, A Ver Wonderful worker in Raymond he able to tell me everything I had questions and concerns for. Now the bike has been awaiting fulfillment for some time now with no updates but I do understand this process takes time.will leave a second review on this bike and to see if it was built to their best abilities or poorly

  I started out trying to purchase my motorcycle through Moto buys. Moto buys canceled my order twice because of my address not being correct .my fault. So when Moto buys would not change the address for me because I could not figure out how to do it for myself I finally give up on motobuys and and went to Texas Motorsports hoping for better luck. Texas Motorsports listed my bike purchase as canceled and I couldn't figure out why. So when Texas Motorsports return to text for me and assured me that my purchase is going through and that tracking instructions will be coming soon. As yet I have not receive a motorcycle or tracking instructions but, I'm still hopeful. As long as I receive the bike in a reasonable time I have no complaints. Although this was not the easiest purchase. James

  DO NOT buy from this dealership. They sell “as-is” bikes that already have serious problems, then leave you stuck with the repair bills. We haven’t even had the bike long and already had to come out of almost $800 for repairs that the warranty wouldn’t cover because of pre-existing issues. We were told one thing when buying the bike, but once problems started happening, nobody wanted to help. Save your money and go somewhere honest that actually stands behind what they sell. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.

  BUYER BEWARE! They suck you in and blow you out the back. Service is horrid! $270 for an oil change with my own oil. Madness! Go somewhere else. Oh and they could care less.
