  The oil change and customer service? Great. The fact that these folks are really out here charging $50 for a cabin air filter that cost $20 at Autozone and it’s easy to do is out right BAFFLING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING EXTRA FROM THESE PEOPLE

  I came in for state inspection . The Facility Forman (Shawn) greeted me at front , pulled my van in the garage . They stuck to their name SpeeDee . If you need quick service I would recommend SpeeDee off Copper and Green Oaks .

  I had been going to this location for oil changes for years. I always had a great experience previously. But, now that there has been a turnover in staffing, this place has hired people who are making mistakes over and over. My husband had to take his car back to them because they hadn't tightened the lid correctly on his oil change service and was leaking oil everywhere. Then, about 2 weeks later, I had my oil changed and within 2,000 miles my car was low on oil because they hadn't filled it with the correct amount. This is unacceptable and dangerous to not have reliable employees within your establishment. You lost 2 loyal customers due to this.
