  Doesn’t wash the bugs off very good and I wash my car just about every week. Every other car wash I go to the bugs are removed from windshield at the least sometimes the front grill not so much but that’s understandable, but if you can’t even get bugs off the windshield after going through twice, there’s something wrong.

  Lights and other things break. You’ll be at the end of the wash and it says “don’t go!” In a red flashing light. But you’ll sit there for several minutes and it never changes. Just guess when it’s safe to put it back in drive, and hope it the tracks still not engaged and it doesn’t break your car!

  Canceling my membership was incredibly frustrating. I called more than seven times and submitted a support ticket through their website, but no one ever answered the phone or responded to my request. At this point, I have no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company. If you're considering signing up, be aware that canceling your membership may be extremely difficult and time-consuming based on my experience.
