  My first time at this location and the young man Corey who rinses the cars off in the beginning actually takes his time. Finding young people who care about providing excellent service even when they think no one is watching is rare!!! Kudos to Corey for having great character. Took 1 star off because this location did not get my car as clean as the midlothian location. Either the glass solution isnt mixed properly are the towels are still housing alot of dirt.

  While convenient, I get tired of being bugged about memberships and not being able to choose what car washes I want because the employees will run over to the kiosks to "help out". They will just skip over any extra add ones before you have a chance to even say something. Then if you try and correct them they do it again! I can check out myself.

  I would like to cancel my membership. I’ve been paying $45 per month, and while I was very happy with the service when I first joined, the quality has declined significantly over the past two months. I go two to three times a week, and I’ve consistently noticed that there are rarely any clean towels available. The vacuums also don’t work nearly as well as they did when I first became a member. Additionally, at the end of the wash, my car is not being dried thoroughly enough, so I’m leaving with a car that is still noticeably wet. I’ve also noticed that whatever tire shine or tire treatment is being applied splatters onto my white car, which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of having it cleaned. Then, this past Saturday, there was a computer issue with the machines, which added to my frustration and was ultimately the reason I decided to cancel. I understand that issues can happen, but considering the $45 monthly cost, I have not been satisfied with the service lately. I was very happy when I initially signed up, but the experience over the last two months has been consistently disappointing. Please cancel my membership and confirm that I will not be charged again. Thank you.

  I love this car wash. My car is always clean. The air/vacuum/microfiber rags and complementary cleaner are a plus especially with 3 boys
