  I’ve always used Safelite to repair my car windshields and they do not disappoint! They come to your location and appointments have always been within a day or two. From start to finish they get the job done in 45-60 minutes and warranty their work.

  My window flew off and almost killed someone. Do not trust Mike Cherry or Bryan!!! Paid 500 Mike & Bryan to fix my window, this has got to be the worst run Safelight in the area. I was explicit and asked them if they had all the parts. They said said, 1 month later my back window flew off and nearly killed someone!!!

  From the ease of scheduling online to physically going to their shop in Arlington, Tx and then for me to still have to reschedule several times, my entire experience was excellent. They were consistently professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They jumped through rings of fire to get my new windshield installed. I appreciate y'all very much. You have a new customer for life.

  Turned to Safelite because I've used them before despite there being cheaper options available for aftermarket windshields. As usual the technician arrived early (always a plus), was professional, and was done quickly. Work was beautiful and looks great. The only issue is that it seems the front facing crash detection camera needs to be recalibrated. THIS is where the two star rating comes in. I reached out to Safelite customer care via email (as instructed) thinking this is covered by the warranty and simple thing to fix....apparently not. I reached out on Aug 6. It is now August 16th and there has still not been a response. It is always very disheartening when the initial service if fantastic, but customer care and warranty services are not as good. So technician and initial service gets 4 stars (would be 5 if the calibration was not an issue), but customer care loses them two stars.

  ⚠️ WARNING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH SAFELITE ⚠️ What should have been a simple windshield replacement turned into an absolute nightmare. I hired Safelite because I trusted them as a large, professional company. During the installation, on January 8, 2026 by the technician Belen the windshield broke. Their own technician (Belen) has acknowledged that the glass broke while he was installing it — and I have a recording of that conversation. Despite this, I was still told I had to PAY for the broken windshield. When I questioned it, the store manager was extremely disrespectful and, according to my recollection, told me: “I will charge you all day long.” But it gets worse. Instead of properly resolving my dispute, the account was sent to COLLECTIONS. So now I am fighting a collection account over a windshield that their own technician acknowledged broke during installation. I have documentation and a recorded conversation supporting what happened, and I am asking Safelite to investigate this immediately, withdraw the collection activity, and correct any inaccurate reporting associated with this account. This is about more than money — it’s about accountability and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. ⚠️ If you use Safelite or any auto-glass company, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Take pictures, save your paperwork, and keep records of every conversation.
