- ZMZoie MincksJul 2, 20264.0It was a good service (the woman who checked my car in and that I paid with was lovely) but someone should tell the person that sprays the car before you enter to NOT stand directly in front of the sign that tells you to put the car in neutral if they aren’t going to point out when you should put it in neutral. The worker had an attitude when they were completely blocking the sign and didn’t give me any type of direction.
- ECEric CastilloJun 28, 20261.0I came in for a simple car wash, the wash is fine, they provide towels too which is a plus. My issue is something inside the washing process grinded up my black rims. I heard some ugly and loud grinding sound near the end of the wash, assuming it was when the tire shine applicators press on my tires. It happened 3 times as well, i felt as if the car had a lot of friction, and it definetely sounded like grinding. I go to the vacuum stations because it was very concerning. I checked and sure enough, 3 of my rims were grinded up. I've made a report the following day, contacted Joseph Lopez the store leader/service center. Its been 2 times that he said he'll look into my case and report. I filed a claim, and went 3 weeks without a response. I contact him again and he said he'll check out the matter next morning. Its been another week (4 weeks total) and i have not heard of any update or a text back at this point. I drive a 2021 escalade with 22" black rims. So if you drive a car with a similar wheel size, avoid this car wash unless you want your rims grinded up👍🏻

Even though they were still preparing for their grand opening, the team welcomed me and took great care of my car. Their customer service truly stood out. I got their premium wash for just $9.99, and they’re currently offering grand opening package specials for the same price—definitely a great time to sign up! The wash itself was powerful, and my car came out spotless. What impressed me most were the vacuums—they had amazing suction and easily removed pet hair, which is usually a struggle. I also appreciated the complimentary wipes, air freshener, mat cleaning station, and the clean, organized setup overall. One part of my visit touched me personally. As a mother of a child with a speech disability, meeting the manager meant a lot to me. Despite his own speech challenges, he was warm, confident, personable, and took the time to speak with customers. Seeing that made me incredibly proud as a mom. For a brand-new car wash, this was an excellent experience. Great service, powerful equipment, and a welcoming team. I highly recommend Quick Quack Car Wash in the Arlington/Fort Worth area—especially while their grand opening specials last!

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
