  This is the fastest wash I had in my life. I paid $23 and the wash is less than a minute.

  They advertise a 9.99 first month and I went for this. Was told my membership was going to be the “good” membership tier that’s 24.99 but a month later got over charged and upcharged to the “ceramic duck” which is 39.99 a month without my consent. I went in store same day as charged and talked with them in store and got told to do a refund I have to call their customer service line so I went home and I did. Their customer service line told me after a long wait that they CANT refund me over the phone and I had to go IN STORE to get a refund from manager. So I went BACK only to be told by the same person that they can’t do a refund and I had to call again. Only after a back and forth did I get through to him but even then he said he can’t do it because the store manager is “out sick because she’s pregnant”. When I asked when she will be back he said “I don’t know could be tomorrow could be next week”. I asked for a contact either email or phone and he refused to give it to me. When I asked for his name he mumbled it several times to where I couldn’t even hear it same with the supposed general manager that was out on sickness. In the end he told me best he could do is take down my name and phone number and he would get her to call me back. Never did. At best the employees are incompetent and untrustworthy at worst they are malicious liars and scammers. And don’t believe the positive reviews. They harass you to leave positive 5 star reviews and you feel forced to do so. Also the wash at the supposed highest tear was mid at best. Bird poop and streaks still on car. And a piece of my weathering trim came off. In the end I’m disputing with my bank and leaving this review. Stay away. First interaction July 9 , 2026 first time washing Didn’t go back until Second interaction was the one mentioned above ( I didn’t even use the service for a month that’s how bad it was) was on August 7,2026 same day my card was charged Haven’t been back gladly

  Displaying notices stating you aren't liable for damage to the car will cost you customers—it might even give you a bad reputation. Besides, you’d lose a lawsuit anyway, even with those signs up; it is better to pay for damages than to lose your business.

  So… this was not a great experience as can be seen from the photos. They close at 9 which is 30 minutes after most of the car wash places that was stationed on pioneer pkwy that was on our route to get there which was great, loved the later hours. What I didn’t love…. How the car came out. It was a struggle, don’t get me wrong, as I went there to try to show my minimal speaking English mom how to use car washes like this because she’s been wanting to try. I talked her through the membership fees and translated the family plans in case she wanted to purchase it via information given by the sale associate. We had a problem with her trying to figure out how to get the car set up to go through the machine tho… which kinda took a turn for the experience. The guy was trying to show her hand movements on how to position the car but she was not able to follow his direction that well. I kept telling her to look at the guy to figure it out but she was kinda in her own space. At a point I thought the guy was trying to tell me I should get out and position the car for her… but that wasn’t it. He was telling me to basically stop talking and let him handle it. Ok, that was fine but I can realize he was getting frustrated, I mean I was. What made the situation worse was that my mom thought she put her car in neutral but accidentally put it in drive. He did not like that cause he ended up using the hose to spray just her window which I can only assume was out of frustration. In the end this was how our car came out for the most affordable wash, which if anyone does manage to sell you a membership, would cost you $24.99 a month, but at least your first month would be $9.99. For a car wash that is right in front of Dallas biggest Vietnamese center, I hope you become more accommodating to the community you decided to be apart of. I included a picture of their wipe cause the sale associate didn’t give us a receipt after we paid. Even for the lowest package they offer, I just still wouldn’t expect for the car to come out dirtier than it did before it had gone through the machine.

  DJ and Sae were very sweet with helping out during the whole process getting set up at Quick Quack Car wash. Going through the car was was fun and had a holographic duck on the windshield as you went through which was a first in my many years of car wash experience! 😀
