  The NTB on I-20 in Arlington is the only place I will go for tires and alignment. Today in particular I went there to price two new tires and alignment, and as I parked my car I was greeted with a friendly smile and a "What can we do for you today?" I always get great service there and good prices. They make it easy to be a repeat customer.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had been trying to determine what was causing my truck to vibrate on the highway, even after taking it to the dealership several times without getting an answer. Deacon took the time to inspect underneath my truck and found a visibly cracked component that appears to be causing the problem. Although NTB does not perform this particular repair, he was honest and recommended that I take it back to the dealership to have it repaired. I truly appreciate his thoroughness and willingness to help. Lisa at the front desk was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. Excellent customer service from both of them!

  Staff was very friendly but my car keeps having new issues since I first came in. I came in for an oil change and they told me a tire rotation was free so I got that too. They told me they also had to do a few necessary checks (one of which I believe included checking the battery) for the car as well. I waited about 1.5 - 2 hours, got my keys back, and left. I was never told a single thing was wrong with my battery. 20 minutes and 30 miles later, 2 new lights come on. The first picture was taken before the service was done only so I could keep track of my mileage when services were done, so unfortunately the entire dashboard is not within the picture, but the only light that had been on before was the TMPS sensor. I had never had the check engine light nor the steering system light show up since I've had the car. I called multiple times and no one answered. It was only when I called the customer service line who then called this location to connect us that I was able to talk to anyone here. The man on the phone told me it didn't make sense that these lights would show up from an oil change but I told him I thought maybe the mechanic accidently messed something else up while doing their mandatory checks. He told me to come back and they would check it out for me and I ended up having to come back a 2nd time that day. They told me they couldn't find anything wrong and ended up resetting something to make the lights turn off. As it was before I first came in, only the TPMS sensor light was on the dash when they sent me on my way. My car was fine for the rest of the day. The next morning, my car won't turn on. It takes a few minutes but it eventually does. The day after that, my car won't turn on again. Zero lights, zero engine turning, nothing. I needed to get it jumped twice to get home from work and I find that the negative terminal of the battery is not fully connected. I have not had battery issue beforehand and they did not inform me that my battery had any issues. I also don't believe it makes sense that it would be loose if they checked it properly. I will come back one more time because I want them to fix what I believe they messed up, but if I keep having new issues pop up with each visit, I will have to find a more trust-worthy shop.

  It is a nice clean environment, friendly staff very and highly intelligent, business minded, young man as a manager handles. Every customer greets them by their names know how to address that situation and if a customer is kinda upset or irritated, he know how to bring them back down and I mean, calm them down still get The message across about their cars walk you through it make sure you test drive your car before you leave show you step-by-step that you take pictures show you your old one points I mean, really like a young person with the older spirit that makes sense. Shout out to Mr.K 🙏🏼👍

  I was pretty much stuck trying to figure out how I’m going to get my tires fixed before I had to go to work tomorrow for an important day at work tomorrow. Not only am I smack dap in the middle of opening a new store but all of the big wigs are in town. I went to Walmart and they didn’t even have my tire size in stock so I just started looking at other places and NTB popped up. I realized that it was late so I scheduled my appointment for tomorrow morning and I called to ask if I could just leave it overnight with the key (mind you, they closed for business in 30 minutes) and Kishawn answered and he was very polite. He told me that they would put it inside and keep it overnight I was grateful for just that. But then I made it and Kishawn and Dyson both said to me that they can go ahead and knock it out for me tonight if I had time. I was flabbergasted because they only had 25 minutes to close but they saw a person in need and sacrificed their own personal time just to help out. These two gentlemen are the true examples of “above and beyond” customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you Kishawn and Dyson!!!!
