  Professional, informative, kind and stayed after hours to perform the work. AND let me add the shop was very clean and you did not have to wait for someone to come out and greet you.

  Great experience here! Eduardo and Jonathan took care of me when I stopped in. They were both friendly, efficient, and skilled at what they do! I also got to stay in my car for the state inspection which was so nice. Highly recommend!

  Eduardo greeted me with ease! Sean got me going plus recommended stuff for my pull that I was never told to do with my car which made me really happy because I did notice the frequent oil changes he also worked well with Bill the best part was that I was in and out! GREAT JOB GUYS!!! YOU DID A TREMENDOUS JOB!

  Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, good or bad, mainly because I simply do not have the desire or the time. However, today that changes. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube since moving to Cooper Street almost five years ago, and I have always been taken care of and treated fairly. Unfortunately, that changed today. I arrived and was greeted, as usual, by a service technician who guided me into the bay. He asked me what type of oil I wanted and recommended a synthetic blend for new cars instead of conventional oil. When I asked how much that would cost, he stated it would be $90. I told him that was fine, but I would stick to my usual conventional blend. I drive around Arlington and Cleburne once a week for church, so conventional oil would be just fine. He then informed me that choosing conventional oil would void all my warranties from Ford, assuming I got my car from Ford. I clarified that I did not purchase my car from Ford and that conventional oil would be acceptable. He insisted that they had to inform me about the warranty, stating that if I needed any warranty work done, it wouldn’t be honored. Again, I reiterated that this was not a concern for me since I did not have any warranties through Ford. At this point, I was becoming frustrated because he did not accept my answer the first time. Furthermore, no other technician had ever mentioned that my warranty would be voided if I didn’t use synthetic oil. I reiterated that I do not have any warranties through Ford. He then began evaluating my car, bringing me a light gray oil filter. It could have lasted until my next change, but I decided to replace it to avoid further discussion about why it needed changing. Next, he checked the filter in my glove box, something no other technician had ever done before. Again, this filter was acceptable for now, but I changed it because I just wanted him to stop talking. After that, he checked my wiper blades and stated that they seemed to be good. I responded, “They better be; I just bought them with my tires.” By the end of the visit, I was charged $167 for what was supposed to be a $75 oil change. I was furious at how he took advantage of my decision to say no to the synthetic oil. It’s technicians like him who make me never want to return to that location, despite having been a customer for five years.
