  I am pleasantly surprised with this dealership. Came here for a four wheel alignment as a recommend by my VW independent technician. From the moment I arrived at the service dock to the end of the service, everything was positive. The customer service rep, Mrs. Genesis did a great job in explaining the multi point inspection items and overall expectations, most importantly, no sales tactics. In the world of negative dealer experiences, Hiley VW of Arlington is making a difference.

  Good morning. I had an appointment to have a key fob made. MO saw us sitting in the car and went ahead and got us in early. Your techs covered my seats,check my car for any additional things my car needed. Courtesy, and with out asking. Hard to find these days. I'll let my family and friends know. I'll will be back. One more thing Mo s The Man!

  I want to express my sincere gratitude to Rocky and Sales Manager Guillermo for making what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help us transition out of our current lease and into a brand-new 2026 Atlas with upgraded technology and features that truly exceeded our expectations. Rocky was incredibly easy to work with he took the time to understand exactly what our family needed and where we needed to be to make the deal work. His persistence, attention to detail, and commitment never wavered, and it truly showed. He didn’t just help us find a vehicle he found the right vehicle for our family. We couldn’t be happier with our new Atlas and the entire experience. Thanks to Rocky and Guillermo, we are beyond satisfied and confident in our decision.   I've been calling your dealership for over a week and requesting to speak with a service manager or assistant service manager. And literally nobody has returned my calls. Or emails. I literally emailed the GM and received nothing. I'm legitimately furious over this. I paid $400 for oil change and service only to turn around less than 3 weeks later to have the same service done. As well as fixing the oil change issue, your tech failed to put the belly pan back on fully and y'all failed to address my head gasket known recall. Of which, I paid over $900 at Autobahn in Fort Worth to have taken care of.. I want to speak with someone and get my money back. I should not be contacting you on Google to get a hold of someone in your dealership to have something that y'all should have addressed be fixed. As well as a refund. I signed up for your VW service card and y'all failed to do the job.
