  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience at Hiley Volkswagen was outstanding from start to finish. Before we walked in, Matthew made us feel valued and set the tone for what turned out to be the easiest car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Rocky was nothing short of amazing. He was kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every step of the process without ever making us feel pressured. He answered every question, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable with our decision.   I have had 2016 vw golf sport wagon tsi serviced at Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington TX since brand new now with only 34067 miles on it they have taken care of all my services such as motor oil and and oil filter change as well as transmission service power steering serviced brake fluid exchanged and just this week on July 6 2026 they exchanged my coolant and put in new coolant as well as change motor oil 🛢 and oil filter they have informed me on any recall problem and fixed the issues i have had no issue with my vehicle or returning back to the shop for any problems they have done a great job on my 2016 vw golf sport wagon 💯🚙😎 K.G.
