  Exceptional service from start to finish! I worked directly with Vess Kim, and he made the entire car buying experience incredibly smooth and stress-free! He was upfront, transparent, and very knowledgeable about all the features of the car. He had everything ready to go when I arrived, and I was in and out in record time with zero hassle! Shout out to Chris in finance for going above and beyond! Signing the paperwork was the cherry on top of the whole experience. He made the financing process a breeze, was completely upfront about the pricing, and was able to secure me an amazing interest rate that was even better than I expected! I couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend Hiley Mazda in Arlington enough!

  Blake made my first car buying experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. By working with me on my vehicle trade-in and special incentives, his help and constant answering of my questions allowed my new car dreams to come true -- especially given I have had the same vehicle since high school. I'm obsessed with my new Mazda3, and I highly recommend anyone looking into purchasing a Mazda to go to this dealership in Arlington! Make sure you ask for Blake!

  Only giving one star simply to get review window to open, otherwise I wouldn't give the one star. SERVICE DEPARTMENT is TERRIBLE!!! Purchased two vehicles at this dealership, sales and finance staff are great. The service people need customer service training and training how to talk to customers. When you ask a simple question regarding the status of vehicle and are talked back to like I was out of line by asking and bothering them because they were busy. I will NOT use them for service again! Rude staff!!

  Adrian Michaels was amazing from the word hello. I was looking at 2 different vehicles at two different dealerships and because of my mobility issues asked him if he could bring the car to me to drive. He agreed and never once did he pressure me. He let me ask my questions drive the car. Told me if I pick this one that he would bring the paperwork to me that I wouldn’t have to go to the dealership. The other dealership lied to me and tried to push me into so tho g I did t want. I bought the vehicle from Adrian Michaels within a few hours of the test drive and he brought me the car the next morning. I’ve never had such an amazing experience and highly recommend you ask for him.

  Had a good experience at Hiley Mazda in Arlington. I had originally gone about ten days prior and met Blake. I told him I just wanted to test drive and was trying to decide between the Mazda cx-30 or a Subaru crosstrek. I was able to test drive and was out of there in 30 minutes. After test driving both I obviously decided on the Mazda. Mostly because the mechanics on the car were what I wanted, specifically no cvt transmission and no cylinder deactivation. So I spent the next ten days just deciding on which dealership to buy from. He actually called me right when I was going out to buy. He helped me compare the trims and was patient with me when I was a little indecisive. He never made me feel pressured to buy right away which I appreciate. Helped me learn more about all the features in my car, answered all of my questions and helped me set up the Mazda app as well. Definitely the best experience I've had at a dealership and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
