  This was my second vehicle to buy from Hiley Mazda, and they have yet to let me down. Their sales person, John Dolan, was exceptionally professional and kind to my son. Had a great sense of humor and allowed me to get straight to the point. My wife had test drove the Miata days before, and we knew what car we wanted and just needed to work out the details. He was very organized and helped us tremendously!

  The buying of the vehicle was great and the service at the Hurst dealership was fab. Trying to get a call back and some help from Arlington was terrible! I called over 6 times trying to get a call back about my registration and no response. They have shown how terribly unprofessional the whole staff is. I will never do business with them again. The lack of care and concern when I have spent over $30k with them is disgraceful. They should be ashamed.

  I just began my car buying journey and was really excited to test drive cars to figure out what I like. I came to this dealership with clear expectations and told my rep Carlos Belmonte as such. I was there to test drive and test drive only, no buying. When I inquired about a specific car to test, he asked me “Is that a car you can afford?” It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say back. I will not be buying a car from this establishment if they believe that is acceptable to say to a customer. He also mentioned the fact that he doesn’t get paid by the hour nor does it get paid to go on test drives. Well maybe you should look into a better paying job, but that’s your problem not mine. I am completely in shock and this ruined my experience I was very excited about.

It's the only reason Ive kept coming back again and again, and now, yet another upgrade, making this my third Mazda!
