  Had an amazing experience with Hiley Mazda!! Vess Kim did a great job selling me my dream car the Mazda CX-5 and I’m the color I wanted! I really appreciated the service and everything that the dealership offered I even got the car for way less than I expected! I’m coming back for sure after my lease and referring friends to them!

  I had such an amazing car-buying experience! This was my first time buying a car, and Blake was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend Hiley Mazda of Arlington, and definitely ask for Blake Hairston!

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Hiley Mazda From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional. A special thanks to Angel, our salesperson, who was extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure we felt comfortable and answered all our questions throughout the buying process. Adrian also did an excellent job helping us with the financing and making everything easy and straightforward. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both Angel and Adrian.   I purchased a brand-new Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus on Monday, expecting an exciting and stress-free experience. Unfortunately, just days after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered visible damage to the exterior, despite barely driving it. The only places the car had been were the dealership and my home. On top of that, the wheel locks were missing. I returned to the dealership to address these issues. While they provided the missing wheel lock with an old/used one, I was told that we may have caused the damage ourselves. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, considering I had only owned the vehicle for a few days and had barely driven it. When you spend this much money on a brand-new vehicle, you expect it to be delivered in brand-new condition. You should not have to worry about discovering damage almost immediately after bringing it home, especially when the only trip you made was from the dealership to your house. What made the situation worse was the dealership suggesting that we may have caused the damage rather than taking the concern seriously. As a customer who had just purchased a new vehicle, I expected better accountability and customer service. This has been a horrible new-car buying experience and has taken away much of the excitement of owning my new Mazda. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously, properly inspects its vehicles before delivery, and handles customer concerns with more care and professionalism.

  Ben is truly amazing!! He completely understood my needs as a customer shopping for a new car and moved super quickly at each step to help save my time while being super helpful and knowledgeable to guide me through the process. I dreaded the process of buying a car in the past because I would be dragged along for 5 or 6 hours at the dealership, but with Ben’s help this time around I was able to get in and out under half of that time. If you are car shopping, ask for Ben here!!
