    Great process for getting a new car. Very smoth and not pushing you into anything you did not ask for or want from sales person to financing all realy great persons and very helpful and friendly. Even though the wait time was less than other car dealerships this one is well run that you really do not feel like you are waiting. Great job, my 1st Mazda and I will be back again.

    I came here 3 weeks ago. My salesman was Adrian. Good guy to work with. He made sure to acknowledge my daughter. Showed me the CX30 I was interested in. He wasn’t pushy like others I’ve dealt with in the past, which is never a good thing. I couldn’t do the deal right away and had to come back. The car sold, but he made sure to bring another one in when I returned. Made the purchase and loving my CX30. Thank you Adrian.

    I took my stepson in this last weekend to purchase a beautiful '24 Mazda 3 Carbon edition, and our experience was very favorable. Vess Kim handled the sales part of things and was very polite, worked fast, and applied 0 pressure. 10/10 experience with the sales side, F&I was low pressure, offered a low cost extended warranty and was very transparent. Our F&I rep followed all obvious privacy guidelines and worked within the rules of compliance. As a long time former dealership employee I was impressed and satisfied with the entire transaction from sales, F&I and service. I've always known the Hiley group to be reputable from my former dealership days and they lived up to the reputation. Well done, simply put.

    John Dolan helped us buy a 2026 CX-5 today. We did test drives of 5 other SUVs in this class and the Mazda was the best by far. And, John was the most knowledgeable representative at any dealership we visited by a huge margin. He is a joy to work with and was able to answer all our questions and even answered some that we didn’t know we had!!! I could not recommend someone more. If you are in the market, go see John!!!!

    So I have been coming to this location for years! At least 10 years now, I've been a loyal customer. I've never had an issue until now. So Wednesday, I got my oil changed and tires rotated. When you get your car serviced, there's an inspection. Nothing was wrong with my tires... the tire pressure light was not on when I dropped it off either. As I'm leaving the dealership... literally as I'm driving off, the low tire pressure light comes on. I wrongly assumed it was fluctuations in temperature like it always is when it comes on. Why would I assume the dealership did something to my tire?? I rush home and it's like 5 pm. I work from home so I don't go outside to get in my car until literally 24 hours later at 6:30 pm Thursday. My front left tire is completely flat. So now I realize something did happen to it at the dealership. I immediately text my service advisor but they're closed by that time. My insurance roadside assistance covered the tow to discount tire and gave me a Lyft credit (American family with costco!). But they said to replace the tire, I would need to pay my deductible so that's a no. Everyone knows you gotta replace at least 2 tires at a time, so it was going to be about $200. $200 I didn't plan on spending till next month! Of course, I ask the dealership if they can reimburse me. They say no, per management. They said it's because they can't verify it happened there. That's unacceptable because I've been a loyal customer this entire time with the same service advisor. They said they wouldn't know if they actually did something since i didn't come back to the dealership or call them. Expensive lesson to learn that you can't trust the dealership. I will be looking for a new service location. Update! So the service department manager reached out to me and apologized. He said it wasn't aware of the full story until he read my review. He thanked me for being a loyal customer and offered to give me a $200 credit on future service. I thought that was great customer service and a way to rectify the situation which I appreciated.
