  I highly recommend Hail Medic to anyone needing hail repair assistance for their vehicle. My experience with them, especially with Hunter, was outstanding from start to finish. This was my first time ever dealing with a hail insurance claim where my vehicle wasn’t totaled and could actually be repaired. To make matters worse, my car was brand new — not even a week old — when an unexpected hailstorm hit in the middle of the night. I was devastated and honestly overwhelmed by the entire process. Hunter made everything so much easier for me. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained the repair and insurance process clearly, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. His communication and professionalism truly put me at ease during a stressful situation. I also want to thank the entire team who worked on my car. When my vehicle was returned to me, it looked absolutely amazing — spotless, dent-free, and somehow still had that brand new car smell. You would never know it had been damaged at all. I truly appreciate the care, attention, and customer service I received throughout this experience. Thank you again to Hunter and the Hail Medic team for making my car look brand new again!

  Hail Medic takes care of their customers to the fullest. We took 2 of our vehicles for repair for hail damage. Casey walked us through the claim process flawlessly. Rental car set up a breeze. Casey kept us updated throughout the claim process and repairs. Both vehicle repairs were 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

  Mr Joel and Mr hunter took care of my wife and i’s car after some recent hail damage, they took Care of everything from the rental cars to getting us set up for pick up and drop off. Thank you so much it was the easiest process I’ve ever done with getting vehicles fixed.
