  I had a gentleman by the name of Casey start a friendly conversation with me while I was at the carwash. He noticed the hail damage on my car, and we spoke briefly about it, but I was testing his genuine concern for me. He asked to send me a text message, and I declined but asked for a card that he did give me. We talked for a good little while longer about cars, and small talk. He told me that if I looked up his company online and did my research with so many fly-by-night operations going on in my Lake Worth area (True) he was certain he could either help me out or at the minimum provide me with some legitimate insight and direction. Ive been approached by others and those interactions felt pushy and high pressure. Speaking with Casey it was obvious he a professional that actually cared about helping me more than trying to get my business. He was a very professional and very polite man. I considered it for a bit and then my wife asked if we were going to do anything about our damaged cars. We have our concerns with filing claims and have had bad experiences with collision shops in the past. Being promised the moon and stars to only have our expectations sorely missed. So, I looked up Hail Medic and to my surprise they are actually a local permanent year-round hail repair center. They actually have great reviews that you can tell are actually satisfied customers. Plus, our neighbors Connie and Jim vouched for them as well saying they used them two years ago and it was as smooth of a process as it could be. I called and spoke with Casey on Monday about 4pm, he was willing to come out later around 8pm if it wasn't too late for us, after his other client appointments he already committed to. But we decided that Tuesday was a better time for us both. Our vehicles took more of a pounding in that storm in April than we realized, and we just felt bombarded by door knockers telling us they were going to fix everything and pay our high deductible and give us loner vehicles and we even had one company tell us they would actually pay us money to fix our cars. We thought that doesn't sound right. How do you pay us to fix our cars. Truely questioning the legitimacy of these hail repair companies. But when Hail Medic came out to look at our damaged cars, he told us that they unfortunately would not be able to be fixed with the paintless repair method that all the other companies told us they were going to do. Turns out its too severe of damage and he actually told us why. for one that paint was damaged in several spots, then the dents were too big and that it stretched the metal too far beyond paintless dent repairs capability. I truly feel like if all companies were as honest as these guys are it wouldn't be such a sore topic for us. He was honest and more forthcoming with information about the process and the industry than we anticipated. We found out that all hail repair is not the same which we figured was true but we felt validated knowing more about the repair process, the insurance claims process and what to expect if we decide to move forward with claims, what happens if they are deemed a total loss. We feel fairly confident on what to do now. We can't thank Casey enough for spending the time to talk with us and give us some options and possible outcomes. They also do roofing but we have a close family friend from our Church that we trust and have used for years and he didn't push back when I told him, it was nice that he offed to give us a free roof inspection too, but I will be certainly recommending Hail Medic for vehicle hail repair to others and if you want an honest assessment Casey is who you want to talk to.

  My car got damaged due to some hail and I found Hail Medic and David made everything a smooth process, even had my deductible waived. He came out to look at my car and also picked up my vehicle and dropped off my rental, so it saved me some time. They did leave a few new scratches on my car when it was brought back, and didn’t touch up the paint that needed to be done, but I covered the cost with another company. However, they will get the dents out and save you some time.

  Hail Medic was so great to work with! Casey and Ryan were helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They met at our house to complete the initial assessment. The company provided us a rental for the full length of time that our car was being repaired. They worked with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were fully covered so we had no out of pocket costs at all! Ryan provided regular updates on the status of the repairs. They worked with our busy schedule and met at my workplace to return my car. The repairs are perfect with no indication that there ever was any hail damage. We will definitely use Hail Medic again without hesitation and I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing hail damage repair. Thank you for a great experience fixing the hail damage on my car!

  I want to sincerely thank Casey for providing top-notch customer service throughout the entire repair process. I also want to recognize his entire team—from the office assistants to the specialists who worked on my car. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the experience as smooth as possible. If you’re ever in need of hassle-free paintless dent repair , I highly recommend this shop and ask for Casey. He went above and beyond to get my car in quickly for paintless dent repair and made the entire process stress-free. He helped arrange a rental car and was able to have most of my deductible waived, which I greatly appreciated. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and worry-free. The only challenge I encountered was dealing with the insurance company, but Casey and his team handled everything on their end with professionalism and made the process much easier.
